Super simple gameplay that still really hooks you! Great job!

The animations and the camera work when aiming and landing also make the gaming experience really enjoyable <3

Two smaller things: The score counter starts at 99999 instead of 0 for me and the game resolution is so large that I had to play around a bit in my browser settings (Macbook/Chrome) until I got the game to fit on my screen reasonably well.

Thank you so much!

I was the giftee for this submission! Thanks so much, I'm Excited to see where this is going to GO :)

Nice simulation!

UHH neat, I very much like that! Simple design and easy mechanics but yet a rich basis for many interesting puzzles. You managed to combine that with beautiful graphics and little animations, very well done <3

Simple but well-polished game! Awesome music too, congrats!

Weird but cute! It has a very quirky touch and you made some lovely animations! Well done <3

Hey daniawf!

Thank you for your really valuable feedback and sorry for our late reply. You had some super kind words for us which we enjoyed reading and wanted to give you an appropriate answer  <3

Concerning your remarks:

* Instead of skipping to the next text on clicking the "next" button inside the dialog window, we could indeed first complete the text and then (when clicking on the next button again) continue with the next speech bubble. Good idea!

* We know that people are not really into text-intensive starting tutorials :( The alternative would have been to "let the players try". But while letting some of our friends playtest the game, we got the impression that giving advise on what to do seemed to be needed :/

On the other hand, maybe next time we should choose more "experienced" gamers as our playtesters :D Our choice of people (who we are very thankful towards!) might have had a negative knowledge bias concerning game mechanics. To people used to puzzle games, the mechanics of Bernd's Biscuits would probably have been more intuitive.

Greetings from Germany

Thanks so much, we're glad you like it! It's pretty much open end, but there should be a theoretical limit due to the maximal grid size, the increasing mountain count and money demand with higher level.

We haven't made to much more than level 15 while playtesting, so hats off!

Aw, thanks DollarGameStore, that's really nice of you to say!

Awesome game and great presentation!

You managed so well to give the game difficulty by the randomness of dice throwing but still make it well controllable by the player. I really like the minimalist color palette. I'd love to play this game again once you had a bit more time to polish the enemies' looks (of course it was very reasonable not to spend too much time on that during the jam).

Hats off!

Well, unlike other games in this jam, this game does certainly not demand too much strategic know how from the player :D

Sweet and very polished presentation, had much fun playing the little die.  You managed to deliver a very intuitive and amusing little game, congrats!

Nice idea and execution, surprisingly difficult to solve! For the not-that-much-into-calculating players, adding a second number per cluster which shows the current sum would have been great.
Anyway, congrats, you've done a great job!

What a nice game, very relaxing music and easy concept but definitely not too easy to play. Well done!

Thank you SO much for the comment! Having it put so directly really shows a lack there. We (or Mr. Dicington I guess) said it's about balancing and building clusters - but only encouraged balancing by not building clusters next to each other and having clusters of all types...

I'll talk about this with 3xl4, we should definitely add some mechanic here!

Thank you very much for the feedback python-b5! We definitely should have done an interactive tutorial or made the first levels more easy so that the player can learn about the mechanics and limitations step by step. Our next games will take that lesson into account!

The colourful boards are very nice to look at and the chain reactions are very motivating. The dice roll animations are a bit two time consuming I find, maybe changing the dice immediately but having a limit of dice changes as a number would be more catchy?

Solid game though, keep up the good work!

Awesome presentation! Simple game play but very addictive. Great work, congrats!

What a great idea to combine the dice theme with rock paper scissors! Very polished game that offers a lot of positive mood. Congrats!

Thanks for the comment Seabass! We're sorry to hear Fortuna didn't choose the dice in your favour :( Maybe using the color changing buttons on the bottom left could give your building assets a little boost into the right direction?

A great puzzle game and cute graphics!  It's really a creative idea and we loved the mechanics. The dice are actually just a superfluous burden for choosing your step size though. Nonetheless, keep up the good work! We're looking forward to seeing more from you

A simple but great game! The idea of rolling the die on a grid and fitting the numbers to other dice fits the motto extremely well. Showing the "next steps cross" grid on the left and right was a very good idea for informing the player about the die's status!

As usual for Team Bugulon: Super fun game, awesome mechanics and very polished looks. Walking on dried ramen sheets as platforms is very cool by itself :D Our deepest respect, we bend the knee

What  a great game! Interesting idea and very easy to play. Super polished, respect!

Thank your Yozoraki for the heart warming words! A playable intro would definitely have been a marvellous idea. Our very diligent food maker and playtester friends said so too but we were too short on time :( We're thrilled to hear that our very strategy-based concept which looks easy at first (but actually requires some thinking) could convince you ^^

Thanks so much AxisFIN! Indeed, the first level is already very unforgiving when it comes to a lack of strategy :D We're glad you liked it and will check out your game as soon as work is over ;)

Simple but cool game! Really great work for only one day time :)

Thank you so much! My wrist still hurts from drawing buildings indeed but it was great fun anyway :D

Nice little platformer and fun to play. Very cool that you could do different level themes.

I like that idea a lot. Easy to understand and very scalable. I'm sure you had a lot of fun creating these sound effects :D Good job!

What a cute little game! Devastating that the baby has two dice though, how should I cope with that? Jk, great job, great graphics and intuitive game play!

Uhhh, great game! Very funky and arcady music, lots of fun to play. You did great with the animations. They are quite simple but look very lively

Damn, what a great idea! Using the dice as a weapon which only works with certain numbers. Awesomely smooth play, very polished. We're very impressed

Very catchy music! I would also go with the "camera could show a little more" statement from JOrbits, but a good entry for this Game Jam. Nice color palette and pixel graphics!

Yesss, good one! Very polished, very intuitive play, chilled pixel graphics. Great usage of the grid rolling idea while keeping the objective simple

Good idea, very intuitive control but yet incredibly difficult to solve :D A marvellous dice puzzle Game, good job!

Very cool graphics style! The Rolling In / Rolling Out option was not quite cleared to me and caused the web build to stop. But apart from that a fun game!

Simple and fun mechanics! Would be cool if the space wasn't limited to the top
