The text that appears at the beginning tells you to throw the coins in the trash and the small slit for the coins to go into is pretty self-explanatory. There should have been a timer at the top of the screen and right above the timer should be text that says "Garbage: [amount collected]". I forgot to set the canvas in Unity to scale with screen size so if you have a monitor that is smaller than 1920x1080 you probably didn't see the timer or the garbage counter and the UI probably looked weird. This issue has been fixed. The player getting slower with more coins is something I tried to fine tune so that you can collect a lot of coins at a time but only to a certain degree, otherwise the game would be too easy. Thanks for playing and thanks for the feedback!

Everywhere near the very beginning of the game, near the yellow tuck and near the verification table, has very iffy physics. You get stuck a lot and have to jump around. At the "Construction Halted!" Screen, the mouse is invisible and doesn't seem to be moving around. My debugging skills tell me it's because it is still making the player look around in the game rather than making the mouse move on the screen. I also recommend allowing the player to navigate the menu with the arrow keys or WASD. Or even just ESC/Enter since it's a simple yes or no menu.

Thanks for letting me know! I forget to set the canvas to scale with screen size. You probably thought that all the UI was a bit too small too.

The intro was very entertaining! The gameplay feels good! I love the art style! A very unique implementation of the theme! I encountered a glitch where after I died, I couldn't shoot. I had to alt f4 because Esc or any other key that I pressed wouldn't pause the game or open any menu. Also, the settings button on the menu doesn't seem to work for me.

I started out stuck in the ground and had to jump around to get unstuck. I didn't really see any progress when an item was verified as a genuine collectable. When the time runs out the screen turns black and says, "Construction Halted!" In this menu I can't move the mouse to press any of the buttons and I can still hear the player moving around when I press WASD even though the menu is on screen. I had to alt f4 to exit the game. It has a great art style though!

That's my bad. I should have read the controls on the itch.io page. I just expect games to have the controls inside the game itself.  That dash is really useful!

The game is cute and fun! I love the art style! Although I don't see where the theme comes into play.

It's hard to look at. But I found the riddles to be actually very well thought out. They didn't say what the item was, but it wasn't too hard to figure them out.

I got the hang of it after a while. I liked the game because I happen to like math. But I can see how other people would not like the game. The shiny is confusing because it is placed in the same spot as the name-based evaluations. But the shiny is not name based, it is based on if it is emitting the shiny particles. So maybe move that to a different section on the evaluation notes. This game is a very creative way to implement the theme! The plarbos remind me of Pikmin.

At first, I thought that the blinking loop was the one you were supposed to collect and avoid the other ones. This is an excellent implementation of the theme! I love the art style, and it is very fun!

It's rock paper scissors! I like the music!

Also, could you tell me the name of the antivirus software you are using? It would help me determine if it's just your antivirus being picky or if it's an actual problem with my game.

I'm not sure what the feathers are supposed to do. I felt like I had to choose between guessing and waiting. It's a very good implementation of the theme but it just needs some mechanics to make it more skill based rather than chance based. Sound design is good.

It might be because I use 7zip instead of  WinZip. Try to override it.

I like the art style. I also like the inventory system. I love how the theme was implemented!

Every now and then will get an error "RuntimeError: memory access out of bounds." Other than that the game is fun! I like the realistic voice messages. I think the implementation of the theme is really good. It's a more realistic way to implement it.

Cool concept. But I ended up just randomly clicking everywhere to explode things.

Well that was certainly a game alright... But seriously the music is really good at conveying the style of the game!

The art is the best part of this game! The music is also good! Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to get away from the angry moonfish. I tried to make them run into a pufferfish, but they seem to just go right through them. The angry moonfish are the exactly the same speed as the player so there is no getting away from them. I don't see how the theme was implemented.

I love the art style, the music, how the theme was implemented! I think the player hand is too big and covers things you need to look at. Making it smaller will also show where you are grabbing better. Other than that, I enjoyed it!

The player movement feels good. The music and the writing at the end is good. I wasn't expecting that big blue boss thing. I'm not sure how to kill it or if I can. I'm not sure how the theme was implemented.

Finding the first few items was really fun but I was stuck on 3 items left until I gave up. It's only a rage game if you blindly collect things instead of thinking about each thing. Unfortunately, the last few items made it more of a guessing game rather than a puzzle. I love the art style and how the theme was implemented!

I like the theme. But the rope mechanics are not fun, and the time limit is too short. I couldn't even get the arm to the guy before time ran out.

This is a cool tower defense game. Great art! But I didn't see how the theme or restriction was implemented. There needs to be more info when hovering over towers.

A fun take on the typical idle clicker. I like the use of dragging the mouse rather than clicking.

Itch.io - Polyducks

Polyducks is now available early access for $4.99

Polyducks is a strategy time limit game. You call the ducks and throw them at things to produce more ducks, collect treasures, destroy things, build things, and reach the goal before the time runs out.
