Interesting submission. Very dark, like a dream.

This was great!!! I also made a Last Hamburger Stand game. I like the recipe building. The graphics are great too! Gameplay is fun, but I'd like a little more time to build burgers -- it gets stressful so fast! Also, I don't know how to get a Michelin star. I went as fast as I could and no star! Maybe it's impossible with a burger joint. Is that the message here? Nice work and thanks for sharing.
This game looks great. You put the assets together in a really beautiful way. I really liked reading about your progress as a game dev. I've been on the same road with Unity, banging away at C# for the last year and a half. I think you did excellent work here. Some things are a little wonky, like some movement and combat, but for ten days of work, this is amazing!
This was pretty hilarious, especially when goat guy turns and looks at the camera and says, "A life in TWO DIMENSIONS!" Well done!
Mechanics were pretty good once I figured out that I had to hold the mouse button down to power up my arrow. I really enjoyed this. Good approach to the game jam theme.
Game has a high difficulty and it's hard to pass the first level let alone the second, but still thoroughly enjoyed this. Thanks for sharing!
Really like the music and the gameplay idea. Looks like a riff on the GameDev mobile game tutorial game, which I made as well! But, you've added that nice menu. I think with some polish there's an interesting thing going on here, and I can see this sucking people in on mobile. Keep up the great work!
Oh, and the music is great.
Really fun space game that uses elements of Vampire survivors' passive shooting, plus an asteroids-neon aesthetic. This does, as other people mentioned, feel like a full game, something on its way to being completed and enjoyed. I think there are some minor tweaks that need addressing, such as the sluggish movement. Yes, the movement gets better as you upgrade, but I think a little crispness in turning, or a reversing mechanic, would be cool.
I love the UI and images, but I think they could use a little text to help the user know exactly what they're clicking. And, the health and experience bars are nearly hidden in the shadows.
Those are just nitpicks. This is a great game!
Beautiful game that evokes an old school title like Ultima-Pagan. As others have mentioned, the mechanics and gameplay suit the theme of this jam to a tee.
How did you get the graphics to look so cool and old school, but also beautiful? I was really impressed by the visuals. I'll definitely be following your work.
Excellent game. Thanks for sharing!
Very simple yet pleasant game. You kept this short and sweet, and most importantly, you gave us a complete experience. The dynamic of shifting from one side of the house to the next is a great interpretation of the theme and a nice surprise. I can see this expanding with some puzzle mechanics. Well done!
5 stars all around. Tower defense is always a winner for me. You have just enough mechanics to make this a pleasant game, but nothing overcomplicated. I could only get to 22 rounds, but I'll come back to this and try to break that personal record. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful (and artful ) game!
Very cool use of the theme. Reminded me of Fez and also another game with the twisted world mechanic that I can't remember the name. Very satisfying gameplay. I'd like to try this again, but with the character and twist mechanic sped up. Also less time. I know that would make the gameplay last way shorter, but I think it would be more effective. Anyway, excellent work!
