So insanely ambitious, but awesome work still keeping the characters and story feel focused and significant, crazy achievement here in a load of ways.

The timing of this lining up with Vampire Survivors PS release made me spend money. I want more of this, you nailed it!

So charming and endearing, and really thoughtfully put together to keep players progressing.

The layered world thing is such an interesting angle I'm not sure I've seen anything quite like before, and the music absolutely rules, especially the smoker track.

Incredibly high quality, creative game. The core concept is simple but so flexible as proved by so many different scenarios to play with, each super entertaining and funny. And all presented with really great art and excellent music!

So satisfying in a way that the presentation really elevates, would be so down to buy a full game built on the speed increasing system.

Damn, so much great art and such a complete package for the genre, yet still super nice and concise.

Really impressive scale and ambitious structure, honestly kinda shocking you pulled it off at all, let alone so nicely as this!

Awesome concept, and the quality of the animations and UI stuff go such a long way to making it really satisfying!

The OST's up for a free download at https://lamsjams.bandcamp.com/album/bbq-riderz-original-soundtrack for you! And on streaming, just search for BBQ Riderz :D

Love a satisfying progression that just feels good to work through, this was an awesome way to focus in on that.

Excellent puzzles that are satisfying to solve without getting too obtuse or finnicky, and truly shockingly well implemented mechanical twists that the game and environments are so thoughtfully designed around.

Such a strong showing of the iconic Edwin Damen art style and vibe overall. Such a distinct and fully-realised direction that carries through every aspect of the game, such an achievement.

Amazing presentation and implementation of all the photographed assets, such a positive vibe that it's a pleasure to share in. Love the framing of the website and how that expresses the theme in a fun way.

Really impressive technical systems without getting too overwhelming, nice work striking a balance

Really solid core, reminds me a lot of the early Xbox 360 Arcade era in a great way.

LOVE the genuine take on a company's idea of being hip

The boss ability unlocks was a great call for a simple but fun progression!

Great job building a mood and keeping the tension really engaging!

Really great cohesive aesthetic, neat twist on turn based combat, and the character evolution structure makes for a really satisfying progression for a small game

Really sweet concept to sell the history of the theming!

These are the kinds of ideas I find so exciting about game jams, and executed awesomely. A really great take on what feels like an easy good time going for the 90s platformer, but clever and interesting on top of that in a way that really got me. Super great work!

What a wild angle to take - a huge feat of creativity to make such an unexpected genre serve the theming and characters.

Blown away by the level of quality here, especially given just how many different things this game has going on. So many interesting disparate parts, yet everything feels cohesive and serving the central structure and aesthetic - incredible work!

Really great, creative angle to have Glerry be straw-sized in a normal scale world, and the jump mechanic on top of that - such a great way to draw from the character concepts cleverly

Super fun way to integrate the food theming into the genre, and play with the aesthetic!
