Truly magic! Very sweet game with cute graphics and lovely gameplay. The music is so good, I loved the music for the second level! Then the final act of the game, WOW. Great work on the glitch fakeout, the reveal, that was so well done I had goosebumps the entire time. Love the interpretations on the mascots and the lore, and the interface on that final part is perfect, feels old school and you're really digging into something top secret. Brilliant all around!

Well done, charming, and meta in all the good ways. Both genres definitely scream “modern nostalgic millennial sensibilities” to me, personally.

Disc 1 was a delightful and fun platformer and I really liked the twist at the end leading to Disc 2. Very impressive!

This is one of my favorites! You lured me in. I was totally down for a cozy grandpa helping platformer but i did not expect that twist! CHILLS!!!

This really goes above and beyond. It's a charming 3D platformer on its own (though a bit buggy; I had to restart the first level because a fry container wasn't spawning, which happened after checking the creepy "glitch tree" a few times), but the second part really elevates it and is expertly implemented. Just a fantastic idea all around with both funny and genuinely unsettling moments.

Wow wow wow! Not only was the plaforming sections fun but part 2 took this game to a whole other level. Truly excellent writing and world building. One of the most memorable games for me. Well done!

Amazing!  This was a really fun game, but you went above and beyond with the presentation and themes.  Exquisite.

Oh BOY am I craving some blunkberry milkshakes. Definitely won't be going to B**k B**k. I hear you need some hard to get pretzels just to feel better!

This game caught me by surprise. Great job to everyone! Really enjoyed the use of the audio in this one too.

I loved the level design and the Disk 2 twist!

The product shilling was hilarious!

Loved both parts of this and how well they fit together. The grandpa scenes were laugh out loud funny and really fit the concept of selling the game. The music was great - really period-appropriate - and so was the voice acting.

Thank you! Glad you had fun! - Limey

Well done everyone involved! Such a cool idea that came together wonderfully! So many folks doing Great Work!

Two distinct vibes, both really well executed. Particularly enjoyed the Disk 2 foreshadowing in Disk 1. Great job on this!

Thank you! I'm really happy you spotted the foreshadowing! - Limey

These are the kinds of ideas I find so exciting about game jams, and executed awesomely. A really great take on what feels like an easy good time going for the 90s platformer, but clever and interesting on top of that in a way that really got me. Super great work!

You already had me with the N64 style platformer, but then you went above and beyond!

Submitted(+3)

a really really cool game and overall idea.  the overall plot is good and well implemented.  but even without that it would be a cool fun 3d platformer with interesting levels

This is a really cool and creative submission that perfectly hearkens back to N64 platformers. Anyone who didn't catch Kyle streaming it should absolutely watch that or try the game out for themself, it's really ambitious and surprising. Great job team, games like this make the Robot Part game jam exciting and fresh every year.

Awesome N64 aesthetic, looks legit. The idea of separating it onto two discs (cartridges?) was really cool. I liked the character redesigns and lore.

This probably going to be the most unique game of the jam, I loved the N64 vibes but struggled a bit with the controls, mostly with the skateboarding momentum and especially in the bossfight, though I eventually got through it and had a really good time.

-Spoilers-

Other than that I feel like maybe the players shouldn't be able to walk through the white walls at the end of disk 1, at first I thought that was intentional and kept falling for a few minutes waiting for something to happen lol.

Developer(+2)

lol I didn't realise you could walk through the white walls. woops.

For accessibility I just patched the boss hurt animation to be less flashing lights and have a shorter duration.
