That last level was a bit difficult, I was trying to stack the boulders to climb over but after another try, I made it xD well done! The camera zooming in was a very interesting mechanic, I had to lose first before I realized you needed to keep the camera zoomed out - pushing the camera edge to survive gave this game a bit of extra complexity. I think some bubble particles might've helped to show this was underwater, but overall a very good game in just 72 hours! The music was calm yet ambient, and very fitting for the theme. Most importantly, I had fun! Great submission!

I saw this on my feed and thought to give it a little try xD The item pick-up mechanic that changes the world around you is really cool! I like that a lot. The mechanics were simple, yet were great. My only issue was that sometimes jumping, the boxes didn't flip state, and I kept falling a few times. But other than that, I enjoyed every bit of this!

The art was really nice, especially the UI. I really liked the design for the slimes, they looked incredible. The mini-map was especially helpful for finding slimes. I think perhaps making it easier to hit slimes would've been more fun, and perhaps having the goblins run around in panic too! I think showing sadness spread in a visual way could've been interesting, such as making the world turn dark or monotone. Well done with this one!

I cheated a little on this one xD I found a way to fall beneath the map and just fly to the end. It was really clever of you to turn the enemy plants into weapons against the boss though! I enjoyed that part and with the music too. As for art, this game felt really stylized - the pixel art went well together, including the background! Overall, a cute and fun game!

I could see the mechanics of this as part of mini-game within  a bigger game by the sea, it would be cool to build the world a little more. A bit of storytelling about the little crab could be kinda cool. I thought the game was almost over at 250 but then more trash appeared xD I didn't notice the crabs move faster above 300 though. I wanted to find the Easter Egg. It would've been nice to quickly restart after losing. Awesome job with this one!

Wow! I was looking at other tile-based games and you can tell this one put in a sheer amount of effort. It does take a while to understand everything, but I was really impressed with all the mechanics added. Different bee types, different tile types and how they affect each other. And... The spreading theme was completely nailed.

Almost everything in this game spreads, lol! The bees, the forests, the water, the flames. I think this one deserves more recognition, especially for how well it delivered the theme.

As I finished typing this, my whole world was set ablaze xD the fire had spread everywhere! Seriously well done!

Thank you for such kind words! I appreciate the feedback a lot! It makes my day to receive feedback like this, and I've taken note of the complaints too ^^ Thank you for playing!!

This is a fantastic submission. I played and beat the last level. The visual effects and music played at the end of each level was an awesome treat. I did discover that you could go 'out of bounds' if you moved into the starting red pixels, I don't think it was intentional, but it wasn't too useful. I was hoping there was a way to clear the levels without navigating the maze xD Thank you for making this!

Oh! I'm glad I checked this one out, cos I had a similar idea about capturing tiles! Would've been cool to see this one finished, I'm a fan of this genre so yeah! It's really awesome to see!

If I could give this comment more than 1 like,  I would! Thank you for complimenting the art and music. Our artist did an incredible job, and I was very lucky to have them join the game jam. I've never made music for anything before, but I practiced a lot so receiving compliments on music has been my favorite response. I understand how you feel about the mechanic flipping back and forth. I would've done it better if I had time for testing at the end. Knowing that name means a lot! Thank you so much for getting there!! I'll let her know it's not your fault! xD

This was awesome! I really enjoyed the world switching mechanic, I've always liked this concept in video games but it can be a lot of work to make 2 different worlds xD I made a few mistakes, and it took me a while to figure out that you could rotate the control but it was a really cool idea! Sorta like, if you unlock powers in the "dream" world then you can use them in the other world too. Music was fantastic. Incredible job for 2 weeks!

I got stuck playing this for almost 2 hours... This idea is awesome! I think there might be a bug with the 10 joylings and 5 lovelings level since I tried to get 10 of both and 0 grumplings but the level wouldn't progress for me. This has been one of my favorites so far. Thank you for making this!

I can't wait to see more, I enjoyed playing this game a lot!

That's a great game idea! The fundamentals are really strong here, it would be cool to see you build upon it and see where this can go. You could also look into NPC behaviors, and they could affect the environment somehow if they grouped up. What if you could play on the other side too? Like, as the King themselves and you try to calm the masses and prevent the spread of rumors. There is so much potential with this one!

Thank you very much for playing! I've had a few suggestions about a starting zone and auto-win, it's good to see more players point that out. And your last point, hmm.. Maybe a skip dialogue button would've helped for players who wanted to quickly move to the next level. I appreciate the feedback a lot!

Excellent work! I'm quite a fan of these real time strategy games and it was a nice twist that you turned it into a puzzle game. The tutorial is quite long though! I think more work went into the tutorial than the levels :P

I suggest making hints in the game, like hovering the letters Q/E on the platform that lets the player know it can be rotated.

This was definitely an ambitious project with all the different input required, but still very good!

I was very impressed with this game, the music was very good and fit each sequence very well. I like how you implemented farming into a tower defense game. The reward at the end was worth it too. I very much lime this!

I worked pretty hard on my game, and it's been amazing to hear people's responses. That's made it all worthwhile to me. I've never made music for a game before, but I wanted to try using what I've learned. And I enjoy games with stories and twists, so this was a nice opportunity for that

Thank you so much for the feedback! And yeah, recapture loop is something I had to settle with for this jam, hopefully the player learns to be careful to avoid that! ^^
