Really cool concept. However, in both of my runs I had a bug at some point that I couldn't take any more orders.

I liked your game. It was quite fun to play. The music is very fitting. I would be nice to have differend "die" sound effects for the different enemies. I found your jokes and memes VERY funny (e.g. the "options" on the title screen and also the end screen, the last wave of enemies carried a huge amount of swag! :D). I also liked that you shared a little bit about your journey of making that game at the end. Over, cool and fun concept!
Really cool game! The sprites are amazing and the gameplay is solid. For me it is missing some music and sound effects. Also, at some point the physics wasn't working properly. The ball was first jumping crazily fast off the umbrellas and then got stuck on the left edge of the screen. After I read the comments here I discovered the shop. You should definitely add this description on the game's page, as it adds so much value for replayability. Really loved that shop and there are cool things that you can buy there!
This is an amazing and very creative game! I loved the concept and the music. Also, the art was great. I have never played a game like that. However, it is very challanging. I was only able to survive for 5 days. Also, it would be nice to have a little explanation eihter in game or on the game's page. I only found out that I can enter my home to craft and rest because I read the first comment here below.
Oh cool, you have a bachelor's degree in Game Design! Nice!
I started learning Unity about 2 years ago, but just as a hobby on the side as I am already working full time. I studied something completely different. My friend has been doing art for a long long time, but it was used as game sprites for the first time a year ago, when we paticipated at our first game jam together.
Very interesting game. The controls work very well, i feel like you already have experience developing first person shooters. Also the setting is very cool and creative, I like the BBBBBBBB. The whole scene is very unsettling, with the music and with the people always looking at you :D I liked that you explained the story at the beginning and i loved that the camera showed some of the island when the game starts. To me it seems as if the game needs a little polish, but for the game jam it is cool!
Interesting take on the theme. I really like such explorational games. The setting was really cool and unsettling (in a good way). The whooshing of the wind is not looping very well and it's a little too loud, I couldn't understand the audios. Luckily, you posted them on the game's page. Also, you could add colliders to the islands' edges. But overall, cool game and cool setting.
This is a cool game concept. I liked the animation and the chill music. Also, you chose fitting sound effects. I can see this being a cool little 2-player game! At first, I had a bug, were the ball wouldn't fly when the brown kiwi touched it. But after a restart, it worked. You could add a little counter how often the ball crossed the net.
Really cool game! This is exactly the genre I love and the theme is a very good idea. Also, it is not too hard or too easy. The controls work really well (even if I had to get used to jumping with W instead of the spacebar). Also, you polished the game very well. E.g. I really appreciated the invincability after I took a hit or after using my power. The art, music and sound effects are all very good! I got around 25000 points.
Really cool game with a nice esthetic! You also chose suitable music and cool sound effects. You could add a little explanation of the game on the game's page. At some point, the UI on the right side wasn't showing up properly, but the pop up was still working perfectly fine, so luckily I was able to keep on playing and playing :D
Your additional ideas that were scrapped sound also very interesting. Maybe you can use them in an update or another game. I can assure you that the flickering is not because of you messing up. It's Unity which messes up your tilemaps :D If the suggested solution in the video does not work for you, there are other solutions, too (e.g. setting the "Pixels per Unity" of your tilemap sprites to 1 pixel less than you have right now).
I get it that you wanted to do another solo project before working with others. I also normally work on my own, but I did 2 projects with my friend now.
For how long have you been in game development now?
Nice game. I am really impressed that you did everything on your own. Good job. Nice art and a cool choice of music. I was able to defeat the Sun King on my first try, so maybe the game could even be a little bit more difficult. I encountered a little graphical problem, which is very common in 2D Unity games - the tearing or flickering of the floor tiles. There is actually a really easy fix for that, if you don't know it yet:
Awsome game! Cool and easy to understand game mechanic, beautiful art and good music and sound effects. I really liked this game. Maybe you could put a collider on both ends of the island, I fell off both of them :D Your interpretation of the theme, the additional theme and the wild card are perfect! Congrats!
Hi AlliosDev. I really liked your game. The way it is structured into completely differnt chapters which also play completely differntly is impressive! Your sound effects were also well chosen. I also build a castle (i am not very patient with such tasks, thats why its only a smaller one). The beach area is very nice, too, but then I encountered a bug in the fishing mini game which wouldn't let me play anymore. Afterwards I read on your game page that the beach area is a little buggy - but cool nevertheless!
Hi canofcians. I really liked your visual novel. Normally, I am not the person to play such games, but here I just had to see every possible ending and I liked each one of them :) The art is very good! I saw a comment that they wished there was music. I disagree. However, some sounds (like waves or wind) would have been nice. Nevertheless, very well done!
