Very satisfying little game (loved the music in the background)

I enjoyed playing it !

LOVED IT

(1 edit)

Loved everything: the gameplay, visuals, sound design...

I think this might be my favorite game of the jam :)

love it !!!

good platformer ! loved the art, sound & theme implementation (although the scalling could have been better explained)

LOVED IT

love it :)

good golf game, nice to see how you integrated the theme into it !

had a blast playing and finishing it :)

although I didn't understood the ball trajectory at first

nice :)

such a fun game, game's integrate the scaling element so well

overall very nice !!!

just don't aggro don't much mobs, like my silly self :)

Good game, very fun to play

love skale

love it

nice game :)

LOVE IT

simple and easily enjoyable (that is if you know how to play tic-tac-toe)

nice to see someone use the ct.js engine :)

Nice little game :)

liked the visuals and the upgrades felt nice, although waiting for the next wave to start was dull from time to time

Loved the mech customization aspect and the visuals,

the controls were kinda hard at first but it got better after playing for a bit

Good game overall :)

Great idea !

nice variety of mini games, I liked the visuals and sound design the most though

Good game, although the camera controls were hard to get.

would love to see it expand with more weapons, mobs, etc

For the controls, looking back it, after a couple of days out of the game: they are difficult to see at first glance, every binds (beside the repo bind which indeed cannot be changed in this version) works perfectly for me (even after being rebinded), the intent behind letting the player switch keys was to let them play with their favorite keys layout (maybe they like all game keys close to each other, maybe they like to have them far apart, etc).

For the game goals (as stated in the game description): you need to gather resources (with your gun) to repair your mech and re-establish contact with the outside world, you can view and be reminded of the objectives by popping the escape menu and click the help section, now I did thought after submitting the game that it lacked a bit of explanation (which I added further down the game page) but since I didn't know if we were allowed to modify after submitting, I left my game build unchanged.

Sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for playing !

Thank you for playing and for the feedback :)

The terrain change was on my mind but I decided not to add it and rather put the emphasis on the blocks.

The more horsepower/less weight the car has, the faster it goes, it's just that some upgrades takes a couple of turns to be activated (as indicated).

I did tried to fit a level counter on the screen but it didn't work with the UI (it just made it bigger than it should be and more invasive onto the art)

Yes, I heard of the erase launch bug and it will be fixed next update :)

Thank you for playing !

Thank you for playing :)

I actually didn't thought of adding a secret level, it's a nice idea to add later, thanks !

Thanks :)

Yeah, I heard of this bug and I'll fix it in the next update.

As for the car speed, as indicated in the beginning, the more you reduce the weight and/or increase the horsepower, the faster the car goes (and it is actually noticeable).

Thank you for playing !

Removing this specific feature was on my mind, but I thought it was better to let players decide whether their platform needed additional blocks or not (with the probability of risking the precarious stability, they previously build when the car was not moving)

Fun little platformer :)

Thank you for playing !

Yes, a day or two after submitting, I did felt like adding extra indications at the beginning could have served the game better but I didn't wanted to be the kind of dev that literally hold your hands throughout the game with invasive tutorials, so I didn't explain everything, thinking that players would figure it out while playing, that's clearly on my part (I'll do better next time on this specific section).

The terrain/biome changes every 5 levels, but yeah not much in terms of gameplay difference then again I've put the emphasis on the blocks mechanics.

Maybe I'll comeback to this game, I don't know I am kinda busy with other games projects :)

Thank you for playing !

As for the sounds, I'll put an emphasis on it from now on :)

Nice platformer, a bit hard though !

LOVED IT !

and while this might not be the best fit with the theme, it's clearly TOP 1 for me :)

LOVED IT !

Art style is a big seller but I also liked the gameplay loop.

Good game, fits perfectly with the jam theme !

...although I didn't went really far

Didn't went that far but it was still very enjoyable, it kind of reminded me of bumpstick.

Good game :)

Once I got the ship controls it became really fun, although I did encounter some collision issues here and there but nothing that would break the game.

LOVED IT !

Simply a great game,

a bit hard from time to time though but very satisfying to finish those hard levels.

Such a fun play, the multiple endings was a nice way to extend your little game and fits well with the chaotic yet simple gameplay.

LOVED IT !

Simple game with nice art & sound and it's in 3D too ? Now that's gotta be pretty high in the rankings

...also I purposely lost the first time to see what happened if you failed and was (like the ship) blown away, very cool ending sequence: the light/music change, the space view switch and the ship animation !

Good game, although a bit of polish would have been nice :)

(...and yes, I am in the category of players who thaught this was infinite up until the win screen)

Nice little game which kinda reminds me of bumpstick,

Had fun playing, although I didn't went that far...

Art, sound, story, gameplay... loved everything :)

Keeping the reactor stable was difficult for me though !

Nice game altough it is difficult to get the hang of it at first !

 also loved the art :)

Thought the game was bugged at first, until the ennemies started diving on me, game became really challenging then :)

Nice game !
