wow, i think this is super underrated! loved your approach to the theme and you produced such an interesting and beautiful arrangement. for some feedback, perhaps there could be another element or two to balance out the stereo field, which sometimes skews towards the right with the percussion.

i'm now really curious to explore more music in this style, thank you for sharing your work!

nice tunes! i think if you varied the note velocities a bit more, it would help them to come alive. you nailed the adventurous mood with the first track, and a more toned-down feel in the second!

very cinematic, i thought these were really beautiful compositions that fit well with the descriptions. keep up the great work!!

wow, these tracks really paint a picture in my mind, fantastic work. i think they go perfectly with your description and the cover art. really look forward to any future work you do!

beautiful work. i think On The Water might be my favourite — love the calmness, the harmonies, and that soothing bass line

Tsukiko is also stunning, the mood in the second half is really really well executed and it goes great with your description of the events :)

thanks a lot!!

glad you enjoyed that shift! thanks so much!

really glad the scene came across! thanks a lot!!

How I Miss You is such a beautiful piece, and i'm super impressed with the arrangement in The World I Made For Us. loved how you kept the momentum going with different buildups and ways to introduce tension!

i love the way you interpreted the theme and wove it into your compositions. you managed to convey a dreamy mood with a sense of uncertainty/unease that goes super well with your description of the game. this is absolutely captivating and beautiful work, definitely one of my favourites.

loving your creative use of different instruments and synths! i think some of the sounds could use reverb, e.g. the strings and winds. with tuned percussion, be careful to tune it so it fits with the other parts (i.e. in the same key). all in all nice submission, keep it up!

let's goooo!

so glad you enjoyed it! i hadn't even realized the super mario galaxy resemblance, but you're completely right! thanks for sharing that :)

thanks so much!! :D

much appreciated! :)

tysm!! yes i would have loved to do more but time wasn't on my side that week unfortunately. thanks for listening!

thanks so much!! Lena Raine fans 🤝

love the way you tied these into the theme, and i was especially captivated by the guitar in the first track — absolutely gorgeous!

WOAH i think this is so incredibly creative, loving your take on "inside my world" and how you weaved it into your compositions. the arrangements are stellar too, constant new ideas to keep the interest going!!

HONK

also thank you!!

awesome stuff. i agree with the mixing suggestions mentioned by people, but i'm very impressed with the compositions, the energy, and the way you handled chiptune sounds!

really enjoyed how this one progressed over time, and especially the feeling when the drums picked up around 2:43. excellent work!

i LOVE the mysterious vibe in these tracks, and the use of dissonance/detuning is sweet. keep it up!!

the fact that you made this on hardware strikes me as so cool! i think the drums sound especially neat. keep it up :)

these are really pretty compositions! i think the overall volume levels of the tracks could be increased to give listeners the best opportunity to hear your musical ideas (commonly with a limiter on the master channel to avoid clipping). super impressive for your second project, keep up the great work!

amazing work! just watch out for a bit of clipping in the youtube version (though it seems like this doesn't happen in your raw files). i love how cohesive these tracks are. for example, the menu theme introduces the musical ideas in a subtle but effective way, setting the stage for a player to experience the rest of the music meaningfully.

as for a guess about inspirations, maybe some zelda? specifically those descending chromatic notes in the main leitmotif :)

this is fantastic, thank you so much for sharing!!
