thank you! I guess you're right, a little contrast would help :)

Pro tip: Use your left hand to control A and D and your right to control the Up and Down arrow. It's so much easier that way if you're finding it difficult! :)

Really interesting fun mechanic, I could play this for hours lol. Great job!!

Love the game, the art and sounds/music are absolutely phenomenal! If you are to be working on this game in the future, I'd love to follow along and play a complete version of it with more features!

I'm so impressed at the amount of work put into this game. You really went all out with this.

Nothing else to say but this game was great! :)

Amazing execution of the  concept. The buttons were really random, so I'd end up messing up a lot of times (either that or I just got the reactions of a frog), so maybe I think it would be great if you could make it prompt more commonly used buttons in video games like WASD + QE.
So far, I've only tried with the keyboard so far but I'll definitely try it out with a gamepad later tonight and update this! Aside from being "bomballded" with random keys, I really enjoyed the art, music, SFX.  :D

This game was fun for a bit, the gameplay does get a bit stale after a while so this kind of game would probably play better as a time attack game. It would be great if I could get some responsiveness though, like whether I'm really doing any damage to the narwhals or not you know?

But aside from that the gameplay, art and music is really nice, I love the dither effect too!! (makes it look like some really old retro arcade game!)

I had fun playing this, I realllllly dug the art and sound, and the gameplay wasn't that bad either. There wasn't a lot of emphasis on the idea of dodging, like it wasn't the main spotlight, but I still had lots of fun playing it. Also, have I mentioned that the art and sounds are amazing? :O

Sick concept, graphics are nice and it's really challenging. Maybe you could consider adding a leaderboard in the future because these are one of those games I'd love to keep playing until I beat everyone else on the leaderboard haha.

The theme, gameplay sound and aesthetic of the game are all very spot-on. Played it a couple of times, almost felt like I was playing etg, nice work! :D
oh and I got a score of 1200!

League clone that I can ACTUALLY win at. Also, BenDover's a jerk, any way I could report him? :(

But in all seriousness, it was a fun game and a cool concept, might find myself playing it again in my spare time haha, good work! :)

Really unique interpretation of the theme, I liked it. The wolves travelled wayyy too fast and I couldn't tell where they were coming from, but it's a fun game.
If you do keep working on it, I would suggest possibly making the wolves start spawning and progressively spawn faster as the sun sets, that would make the game tougher as it's being played, while also making sense of how wolves hunt when its dark.

The game was good overall, and I liked it!! The only problem I had was with the stubborn little sheep :(

it's so polished and well made that it doesn't even feel like a game jam game. The gameplay is really smooth and controls are easy to grasp, the assets, the sound, the effects are all amazing. Even the fish eye filter is a nice little touch. Loved it :)

Its simple and easy, I dig it! I feel like the spawning of coins and movement could be a tad faster, but overall its a cute little game. Good work :D

I loved it. Simple, a bit challenging but also fun all the same. Overall, it's a good game. :D

Thanks for playing! I'm glad you like it, and really, it means a lot! This is definitely something I would work on in the future, maybe based off a better theme or maybe just a much more polished version of this (one with all the features you mentioned, and all the other suggestions people have left on this.)

Thanks again, and I really appreciate the feedback. :]

(1 edit)

Love the idea, it's a bit tough, probably because I can't type as fast without typos lol but the concept was great. I really like the player has to type in shop to access the shop, its a fun little feature.
I'd love to follow this game if you do keep working on it!!

Thanks for the feedback, the concept of leaderboards are completely new to me, so I kinda had to learn it in the last hours prior to submission, hence why. and that's a really cool suggestion, I might actually try something like that if I do work on this in the future :)

apologies, I should really test before I publish. It's been fixed!
