From what I have been able to observe by participating in a few Jams, having many reviews is disadvantageous in terms of the final score. The one who comes first usually has the minimum or slightly more than the required number of reviews, having many reviews means that where your game falls short, you can more easily receive very low ratings. In my experience, I always try to have few reviews, and so far, it has never disappointed me.

Really cool game! I like the physics of the jump!

Very unique and definitely original both visually and in terms of gameplay.

Very cute, fast, and enjoyable. I can picture it on mobile, and it would work very well there too. I agree with the other comments in saying that the game feels static, and the sense of going deeper doesn't come across immediately. I would have also added a main audio track. Nonetheless, it's very charming.

Very visually appealing and with a solid gameplay. I believe that the theme of the jam was somewhat bypassed in this case, as the only thing that comes to mind with 'diving deeper' is the transition between levels that goes downwards, but without any real reason (it could have been sideways or upwards as well). If you had found a more effective solution to adhere to the theme, it would have been an almost perfect game. Nevertheless, great job!

I'm not entirely sure I've fully understood what needs to be done in the submarine's movement section, but the design is definitely well thought out, and I'm also satisfied with the graphical part."

Really cool, you even managed to create an intro with your recorded voice! Impressive work that shows dedication and passion, not something everyone does!

A truly unique game compared to what I've tried. The concept of gameplay where you have to wait for the light to move before you is very intriguing and complements the narrative aspect. Kudos, this game has the best presentation image I've seen in the jam so far. The only thing I would do differently is record and play back the words in the text boxes so players can also hear them.

Really nice, compact, and well-made. One of the most polished games I've tried so far. The only thing I would add is an audio track in the game to create more atmosphere. The attention to detail in the UI is also excellent.

This game has alleviated my chronic depression and rekindled my hope for humanity and a better future. Additionally, this game has reconnected me with my former best friend and helped me overcome my blood tests. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Already bringing a 3D game to a jam is a plus in my idea, and on top of that, this game has straightforward controls and is a lot of fun. I liked the Western atmosphere created by the music 🤠.

The assets are really nice, and it's evident that you put effort into it! The game feels a bit similar to Flappy Bird, but that's okay in the end.

Truly enjoyable and compact. I didn't quite get the sense that I was delving deeper into a planet, but the levels are all unique and fun. A great game and perfect for a jam.

There's a lot of potential in my opinion. The graphics are detailed, and the character's movement feels realistic. The controls are a bit cumbersome though, and I would have added an initial menu to give players a moment to orient themselves.

Simple and well-executed, it's a good realization of a fairly familiar concept. I would have added some details in the water to better convey the idea that we're deep underwater.

I'll start by saying that I believe I dreamt about that incredibly eerie moon in the menu. Once the game started, I would have thought the pickaxe was meant for digging, but it's only useful for breaking your fellow miners' skulls. After the first two caves, to speed things up, I ignored the creatures and headed straight for the door. I don't think that should be possible. Very creepy, and the first horror game I've seen in the jam.

For me, even the fact that you haven't created a game where you control a submarine to explore the depths of the sea is a victory. It's charming, simple, and it's evident that you've put a lot of work into the concept Very goofy and fun.

🍪

The visual aspect is really interesting, and I also like the character a lot. To enhance the atmosphere, I would have added a few more sound effects, but it's a solid gameplay that can be easily improved after the jam. Another thing, it's a detail, but the way you used the grid and emojis in the game description is really beautiful.

Thank you! In the original game design, the claw was even able to break the cookies in a more impactful way, completely splitting them into two sub-cookies, but we didn't have enough time D:

Very nice, shooters of this kind always work well. If I can give a suggestion, the fact that we were in the water was not very highlighted; you could have worked on some details like bubbles or the idea that not holding down to go down, the water pressure pushes you upwards, creating an additional challenge. The UI part is also very well done.

I couldn't play it, even after downloading it. I could only hear the audio part (really well done and creepy), but the screen was black. What a shame!

I liked how the music increased in volume, building up the tension. The visual aspect has some flaws, especially regarding the character's lack of movement when it moves.

Very nice, the gameplay is simple, intuitive, and I find the visual part to be very satisfying and consistent. Well done, i give you 5 in Fun!

Thank you all!

Very cool retro arcade style game. Simple and fun.

Cool bird model and nice concept 🐦

The visual aspect is SPECTACULAR, personally, I'm a fan of pixel art style. The gameplay is good, though it took me a bit to understand the controls. Perhaps a small initial tutorial would have helped.

Very charming. The 3D assets are really nice, especially the crab.

A good realization of a fairly well-known concept, namely digging to move around in an underground mine. I really liked the audio part as well as the way the character's sprite was rotating. The movement using WASD felt a bit anti-gravitational in terms of the feeling, but i like it.

Thank you!

Immaginavo ahah!

grande Fraz, prima o poi si fa una jam insieme

I really like games where you can swich different gameplay style. Nice job, but i don' think this fit perfectly the jam's theme.

I give you extra score points for the cats pics. The game it's a little hard and a tutorial would be great. But keet working!

Thank you!
