That was amazing! You suceeded in slowly yet steadily ramping up the multi-tasking difficulty until it slowly sent me into a downward spiral of failed deadlines, similar to real-life. Great game, great concept, and a great submission! (suggestion: if you want to be REALLY evil, you should make the player lose time whenever they get something wrong, especially in the review game)
holy hell that was one acid trip of a game. I loved it! The first two tasks do a great job of building up the tension, and then you get to that third one and it's just... BOOM! NIGHTMARE FUEL!! I loved the voice acting, art, and atmosphere that you put into the game, and your puzzle design did a great job of telling the player what to do without telling the player what to do, if that makes sense. Great game!
What a fun(and funny) game! A pretty simple, unique idea that was executed pretty well here. While I would have liked to see more things to move out of the way, I can understand if you didn't have the time to add too much stuff. In conclusion, Charlie either has a death wish, is a moron, or is simply a bit daft in the head. Great submission!
Really fun stealth game with some good polish and effects! I love stealth games, and this one was no exception to the rule. The grappling mechanic added a lot of depth, and set it appart from some other games in the genre, and I also liked that there seemed to be multiple routes you could take to get to the end! Some points of feedback I have would be to maybe let the frog move around a bit while he's on walls, and to communicate what the fireflies do, since I kept running into them thinking they were collectibles at the start of the game. Other than that, great submission!
beautiful. simply beautiful. That was such a fun, funny game that just kept getting better and better! At first I was just like, "oh, nice little flappy-bird platformer with a story," but then, I was a fly. And then I was even more things that just kept ramping up the goofiness until the climactic conclusion. Awesome game, and a great submission to the jam!
Just played using mouse 2, and it's honestly so much more fun(which is what I would expect because i wasn't able to move before)! It was so fun to micromanage everything, and I got very stressed when my waters kept tipping over as I was trying to bring them to the other side! Thanks for letting me know about Mouse2, and I'm bumping my scores for gameplay and enjoyment up a star!
ah, yes, "cute little animal with a vast arsenal of military firearms," my favorite genre... In all seriousness, great game! I loved the art (seriously, i wish i could draw like that), the music (very nice), the story you built into it, and the Vampire Survivor-style gameplay (pure dopamine)! All in all, great submission!
What a fun, cozy little arcade game! The art was lovely, the music was fitting, and I had a great time while playing it! I really like the multi-tasking aspect you had going on, with needing to block the bullets with your spirit while dropping the gasoline cans onto the plane. All in all, great submission!
Great job on this nice, fun platforming challenge! I liked the concept, the coins gave me lots of sweet dopamine from collecting, and if it wasn't for the pop-up at the beginning, I wouldn't even have been able to tell it was made in scratch! My only feedback would probably be to make the movement a bit less slidey, since it makes the more precision-focused segments a bit frustrating to play. All in all though, awesome game!
This was one of the best games in the jam I've played so far! The art, the dialogue, the seeeecrets! Everything just worked so well and fit so great together! You guys did such a great job of building up the suspense over a long period of time, and the music especially played a big role in that. I love how each character had their own little music theme. And this thing is also jam-packed (haha) with content, so much so that I couldn't believe this was made in only a month! Each character was unique, in terms of dialogue, story, and design, All in all, this was one of my favorite games to play in the jam, and I hope you expand it into a complete game in the future!
