I have very fond memories of Battle City on NES and any tank game reminds me of that.

Enjoyed the game and has a good concept, the only thing that bothered me was the camera felt like it moved a bit too much and quickly.

Enjoyed myself more than I expected!

The classical music was a nice touch

Thank you!

Yeah we're big fans of roguelikes and randomly generated levels.

Fair enough I had some lag issues in the browser as well, got a bit carried away with adding lights in Godot haha.

Great concept, really liked the sprites and music.

Would make a decent game with more levels

Cool idea, just couldn't figure out how to go faster?

The mole kept getting me within 3 seconds :(

Enjoyed the theme interpretation and flinging lasagna sheets around was fun.

Some of the obstacles were impossible to pass without glitching the lasagna into walls, could improve the level design to accomodate the lasagna mechanic to build bridges for example.

Otherwise great job, very cute aesthetic!

Thanks, we wanted to add some purchasable upgrades but didn't have enough time - might have added another element of gameplay to enhance the platforming.

I also experienced some lag fullscreen on the web browser version, downloading the game should help.

Awesome concept and great use of the theme. Some of the levels really were some head scratchers. Also liked the color palette you used.

Thanks a lot!

Enjoyed your game, especially the music.

Woah the music actually blew me away, I could listen to the battle victory theme on repeat - in fact am listening to it still as I write this review..

Gameplay was super smooth and good as well, enjoy a good jrpg. Only criticism is that the animations are a bit minimalistic but other than that the art and characters are awesome.

Good job!

Thanks, played & rated yours. Was fun!

Pretty challenging game! Really had me sweating at the last level, enjoyed the switching colour mechanic.

Really cool concept, love the M.C. Escher worlds and art. Could be a solid game if expanded upon, with more levels and some other mechanics worked in.

Thanks! Busy downloading your game to try it out

Always enjoy  platformer where you gotta jump on some enemies. Would be cool if every loop you gain new abilities or some slight changes happen, otherwise good base start for a game!

Very interesting visual style, controls seem a bit stiff but otherwise a great game.

Enjoyed the concept and art style a lot. Well done!

Hi!

Had a bunch of fun on this jam so far, would love to play your game(s) if you would be kind enough to play and rate ours as well.

Our submission is a 2D Pixel Art Board Game inspired Rogue-lite, made in Godot and Aseprite

Thanks!

Beautiful in it's simplicity, very well excecuted!

Really cute frog game, loved the randomly generated hat addition!

Awesome game, love the Private Investigator theme and music that fits so well. Only complaint is that the combat is a little slow, if the gun did more damage or if there were some power ups to increase the pace a bit would definitely help. Great work!

Didn't have anyone to play with, but looks like it could be lots of fun to play vs someone. Nicely polished. Loved the fact that bullets can collide with each other making for some intricate gameplay.

Very interesting concept. Had a chuckle at the human who likes to throw trash. Well done!

Smooth gameplay experience, also very nice polish on the UI elements.

Great art style, very reminiscent of gameboy era games. Not a huge fan of point and click myself but enjoyed the story and setting of this game. Good job!

Really beautiful visuals, loved the layers of depth with the lighting fog and rolling hills. Very nice complementary colour choice.

Very fun and fluid animation/movement. Would play more of this if it was developed further with some variation in the music. Good job!

Thank you!

We love tabletop games and thought they fit a loop theme for replay-ability pretty well.

Very nice concept and execution, super difficult as well. Good job on a well crafted game!

Just finished the game, was suprisingly difficult. Also really enjoyed the skeleton having to reassemble himself back to life to be able to leave. Well done!

Thank you. We also found the text a bit hard to read in some places, but had to stick with the pixel pirate font for thematic reasons. Might continue working on the game after the jam so definitely something we'll try to improve.

Thanks! Yeah we didn't want to go purely black and white, so messed around a lot with alpha channels to get some different tones and shading effects.

Really loved the concept and look of the game, reminds me of minesweeper in some way.  Nice palette choice as well.

Great idea for a game, mix of a tower defense and survival game is very interesting. The only thing that I had to get used to was the speed of the raft and crossing the river. Well done overall!

Hi, thanks so much for playing!

There is a way to repair - maybe not too apparent but at the top right port the little hammers are meant to fully heal your life. (As shown in one of the screenshots)

Damn, this is looking good well done!

Looks super difficult as well, which I appreciate.

don’t give up! keep on truckin, even if the game sucks in the end at least you made something

Enjoyed the retro 1bit art style and am a huge fan of roguelike games. Good work all around.
