I will be making an itch.io and steam page for it sometime. Just have to come up with a title... Development is active. Speaking generally, it is a survival game.

I will be posting an updated version soon. New weapons, enemies, and a brand new 'powerup' system that helps make the game a bit easier.
As of now there are 4 difficulty 'loops', but that's all for now. It just gets a little harder 4 times. Eventually it will be more in depth, like different bosses for each loop. The way enemies spawn now can get pretty hectic, my advice is to buy all the bombs and use them for when you are pretty much cornered. Also the soda machine can be helpful in the later waves.
The stuff you buy is just added to the machines automatically. Whatever you buy now has a random chance of being in the vending machine or the crane game. I should probably make that clearer.
Except the "gear", which will appear in the bedroom and you can equip before a run. Also there is some special items, like the coin jar which also appears in the room.
KILL THE ARCADE, twin-stick shooter in a fully functioning arcade that goes berserk. Demo is whole game so far!
The game is probably way too hard, and might have some bugs. I have not done any playtesting for it, so you can be one of the first person to play it right now.

Iridescence is a top down shooter built with a watercolor aesthetic and a challenging chaining system. The final game will be 5 complete levels, and 30 challenge levels. I took inspiration from Treasure shooters, especially Ikaruga with it's polarity switching mechanic.
The demo contains the 1st level and the first 5 challenge levels. This is the first time I am having anyone play the game so if you experience any glitches or bugs you can inform me here.
