How did you manage coordination, comms and task management with a team of 8. Would like to hear about that. This was my first game jam and I went solo to build out my first game. The constraints of the jam really helped and I managed to get something finished and submitted.
I'd appreciate any thoughts and a rating - https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-13/rate/3343004
I'll take a look at your game - will it work on mac? Also wee note - the red link text on your orange background on your game page is quite hard on the eyes for reading... maybe shift to off white (#fdd7d7) or something?
I'll take a look at your game in the morning. Added to a wee short list I am curating.
Check out my game - https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-13/rate/3343004
Pretty nice game. The thruster/engine mechanic took me a wee bit to get a handle with, but I got there and then it all clicked. Picking up the speed boost for the first time got me too.
Great upgrade/shop dynamics too. Well done.
My game is space themed as well - less of an action feel, but can get similar urgency vibe.
Thanks for checking out my game - https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-13/rate/3343004
Will be fun to see someone else play it...
I managed to get my game up and published. Woo hoo! Really should to go back to bed now... but it's morning already.
This is both my first game jam and my first game published. The constraints of the game jam definitely helped. Plenty of lessons learned and loads of ideas and todos that unfortunately couldn't be squeezed into the dev time.
Appreciate all feedback, comments and questions...

Drop me a link to your game and I'll give it a play too...
Any feedback on my game would be really appreciated. Houston... We have a problem... https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-13/rate/3343004
My first game and needs balancing... But any feedback and comments would be awesome. Ta.
It was my first Game Jam and I learnt loads. Pretty chuffed with what I got built - https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-13/rate/3343004
Looking forward to checking out everyone's games. Kudos if you got something submitted.
Found a few wee resources that are very helpful...
This is my first game jam and my first game too and I definitely bit off more than I can chew...
A long list of ideas and plans on the cutting room floor just now. :) It is all good. I just hope I can get the game loop tightened and ready for submission.
I am developing in Godot and planning on a web build, but I haven't done that part yet... any gotchas or tips for that and the overall submission? Can I upload a dev build and then re-upload or resubmit? I know I should have probably asked earlier in the week... I was too focused and stoked with the added emphasis of the 7 day dev window and got stuck in...
"Nothing can go wrong..." eh? :)
