Thank you for playing and sorry for having no time to add tutorial to the game. You can open dice window to allocate your dice. After that you will move quickly or something which depends on which ability you allocated (I don’t why life bars don’t go down at the beginning. Hope this can fix it)
By the way, I used a top-down shooting asset for the game so its visual looks well but it was not created by myself. I hope people can enjoy the dice system I made :)
Known Issues
I’m so sorry that I couldn’t make a game without issues this time. Here are what I found:
1.When you assign a dice to the hp’s TENS place but don’t assign any dice to the ONES place(shown as the image below), the dice will disappear after you get damaged.
You should avoid this. By the way, the 0 dice is ok as it is shown at the start.
2.When you exchanged a new weapon, the damage will become 0.
To fix this, you could open dice window again and close it. After that the damage of the new weapon will reflect correctly.
3.The enemies with rifle will give 0 damage to you.
You cannot fix or avoid this. On the other word, it’s a roll of the dice when the wave’s enemies are them, so just enjoy it~

This is not issue but I want to mention: There are 3 new weapons which will be gotten for each 3 waves, but it is too hard to reach Wave10. The difficulty for waves is not well-designed as I ran out of time. Maybe you can try to reach Wave7 to get the second new weapon. It won’t be easy either I think.
Nice idea and the game was fine!
It reminds me the smartphone game Commute but I think it was funny than it~
If player can reach the star as soon as possible, it will be easier for after. But for safe, player has to wait almost of characters reaching their star. This is an awesome and well-balanced mechanic!
(Maybe the sound played when dead is a bit loud, compare to the BGM)
It’s the BEST game I’ve played so far this jam!
Main mechanic and level design(include the hidden sushi) is so well created and the music and graphic is so fit to the game. I even can’t believe it was made in 48h.
The map made me think back the CastleVania and the jump one by one was bomb jump in Metroid
I want to collect all the sushi but I forgot which I missed it, and I cannot exit when I entered the stage. Finally I gave up. TT
But overall it worths full marks
I completely forgot the color blindness. Thanks for reminding me this! Actually there is one in my company so I plan to add arrow for them as you said.(I added at the start but then removed because it is not so difficult to understand)
“Fast fall or crouch” is a simple but great idea for the yellow button, and it fits perfectly. Thank you for it~
The AGDQ run is cool and I never thought it could be played in this way, maybe I can get something idea :)
Yeah, the images are not so consistent to be honest. It would be nice to use bill blaster or something.
At the beginning I decided to put multiple buttons and multi bullets as you said, but I couldn't make them comfortable in this weekend. (Maybe I should use yellow one to do something simply)
Anyway, I think I will add this mechanic later. If interested you can try it when it is made :)
