By far the coolest aesthetic of this jam I've seen so far! Only complaint is that the enemy hitboxes are a little large. Other than that, aesthetic, sound design, level design, and mechanics are all really awesome!

The UI scaling seems to be a bit off for the WebGL build, but really cool stuff! Always love me a good horde wave game.

Awesome game! Cute art style, and the lighting and bloom effects really bring everything together.

Controls (Keyboard/Xbox Controller):

WASD/Analog Stick to move.

Space/A to jump.

Hold left click/right trigger to close your eyes.

Press E/X to interact with the bells.

+/- to increase/decrease mouse sensitivity.

Hold ESC to exit.


NOTE: Controller is untested. Use at your own risk ;)

Really nice take on chess. Not entirely sure what the optimal strategy is but it's really well done!

The camera angle was a bit awkward but everything else was really cool!

Nice discrete experience. I like that your attack redirects you, and I wish it was more of a meaningful choice between whether to use it for movement or attacking. Really good overall.

It was really hard to control the space ship. I guess you can say it was out of control :D

Dude this is awesome! At first I was like "oh okay you can't control when he shoots I guess that's the theme". Then when the keybindings started changing I was like "Ohhhhhhhhh".

Thanks for the feedback! The procedural animation proved to be really difficult to implement in a non-janky way. I wish it turned out better :/

I really like the aesthetic, and the design is really nice! Good color scheme, and cool glow effects. Wish I could control my jump height my holding space in the air.

Thanks! That's a bug :/ For some reason the popping mechanic breaks after level 1 :(((
