You have your answer there- Revaire legendary requires reforming Jarrod.

If you’re able to marry Jasper but didn’t get his epilogue cg, then you’re missing legendary endings from some countries.
Are you sure you have fulfilled all the conditions listed in the quickstart section in the big spreadsheet guide? If the answer is yes, then you probably need to choose more choices that fits your best stats. Can’t really see what is missing with your play through without knowing your stats and choices made in detail, though as a widow who managed golden ending for Revaire you should have all the stats to succeed.
No, I mean, when Jarrod complains about not hearing the announcement of MC and him there are three ways it could go:
1) He says he is disgusted to hear MC’s name with RO’s, which is fine;
2) He says that MC chose a soulless political marriage instead of him;
3) He says it’s ridiculous to reject marriage altogether.
It’s 2 and 3 that’s problematic, because how does he know MC chose political marriage or observer path?
In 1.12 Jarrod no longer introduces you to the Ambassador twice if you choose to agree with him, but if you are "too flustered" then the narration is still unchanged.
Also, it seems that it's impossible to leak Lisle's secret if you find it out by Lisle telling you on his week 3 date or by spying on the Woodly conversation in week 6. The game is calling a check on lisle_truth, which is only set true if you find it out during the post Penny date Lisle convo in week 5.
Currently, it's impossible to actually get the "paint the map red" achievement. Since the revaire rebel bad ending and revaire royal bad ending don't count as "badends", the game doesn't think you manage to make everyone war each other.
A small thing that bothers me: on Jarrod's rejection scene, how does he magically know that we chose political marriage or observer path? It is not like MM will announce MC's choice to the whole summit if she doesn't get together with one of the main ROs.
I think you misunderstood some parts of the guide, let me help you.
In your w7 Gisette convo, you don't need a good relationship with her to convince her to peace. The choices during the Gisette relationship check are "Yes, I do" and "Best not", choosing the latter will let you avoid the check. Now, before that choice, if you have 30 or more rivalry with her you will get +1 WRONG (or +2 if 40 rivalry, or +3 if 60 rivalry), but if you haven't pissed her off much beforehand it should be fine.
(For the record, saying your goal is Katiya's legacy gives +10 rivalry, not having all aquit for trial and just most aquit gives +20 rivalry. Katiya's Legacy pretty much requires all aquit so you probably should redo it if that's your goal.)
And yes, Zarad will help you before the trial if you're romancing him or have 25 friendship with him. Tell me if you need help on befriending him.
Jarrod isn't irredeemable, just not when he is still in power and still gets what he wants. And you can't romance him if he loses power because he resents you for it, which makes sense as what he feels about an MC that romances him is closer to infatuation than true love.
What I think is the problem here is that the game doesn't indicate you are maintaining a relationship with Jarrod after you get the golden ending for him and Revaire. After all the effort to redeem him, he isn't mentioned as your friend during the friendship section, which is unrewarding and gives players less space for a post-Summit romancing Jarrod headcanon.
I'd love to see Aly add a friendship section in the epilogue for Jarrod, but the game is already so massive and took so long to make, requests should be made in moderation.
Okay, first off, you don't actually need to befriend Gisette or Jarrod if your goal is merely peace. Even if your MC has poor stats, you could convince Gisette to set up Jarrod/Sayra by just making the right choices during the conversation with her, then perform well during negotiation. If you succeed, you can get a happy ending with Clarmont.
If you want to support the rebellion instead, you need to choose to do so during conversation w/ Sayra in week 7, then choose to play confused innocent or mislead Gisette when the choice comes up. Mislead Gisette requires 90 manipulation and provides "good" rebel victory, but simply playing confused innocent can also lead to successful rebellion, just not as quick (and the game classify it as a "neutral" end. You can still get a happy ending with Clarmont).
If you supported the rebels actively but Clarmont still died during civil war, then you have failed in negotiation during week 7 day 5. For that, I recommend just following the guide aza linked to see what you can do. See week 7, and you need to increase "rebelallies" for rebel victory.
You don't actually need 400 persuasion- sorry if the guide is confusing! Having 400 persuasion just +1 right so there's more breathing room if you didn't choose enough correct answers before. That's same with the other ROs, there's no persuasion requirement but being more persuasive helps. Clarmont's only special because he needs you to complete the rebel chain.
And yeah rebel approval doesn't matter for Clarmont romance. Failling the rebel approval check during the final rebel secret gives you 50 Sayra and Clarmont rivalry, but I don't think the game ever checks for your rivalry with Clarmont if you're already romancing him. However, the Sayra rivalry blocks her from revealing her identity in week 6, so anyone who wants a good revaire ending should try to stay on the rebels' good side.
If your widow betrays Clarmont, then that's not a problem for you ;p
I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

Also, it seems that the description of dutiful princess' marriage is still bugged? If you have made Arland-approved matches, the description talks about Arland being ok with the match and that you have done your duty, then a few sentences later talks about Arland thinking your marriage is good again. It's just kinda weird.
Not a bug, but a suggestion: Have you considered unblocking Jarrod's confession for the princess? Without the chance to do Jarrod-taming, she can't get the best ending for Revaire. If you are worried about accidentally getting the confession without doing the date, maybe limiting the romance increase for beauty in the WF could work.
If mc doesn't get extra romance for having 75 beauty, then there's no chance of getting undeserved confession.
I think there's a bug on week 1 hosting that everyone missed before. When hosting a lecture, the choice of "Engage your guests in a discussion on the latest historical revelations" should be checking booksmart, but it seems that if failing the 150 booksmart check, the game checks likability instead. Is that meant to happen?
