I'm glad you all had fun with it. Definitely could use some more depth, but I'm excited that you all could still find the fun factor in it's simplicity.

Glad you enjoyed it! The bosses could definitely use some more depth I 100% agree

thank you for checking it out! That bug has cursed me for weeks. It was so intermittent and hard to pin down specifically why or when it was going to happen. The only thing I could solidify is it was related to a performance dip on the players machine. Probably related to the code optimization.

Thank you for the great feedback! Glad you enjoyed it. I've been looking for one of my concepts to spark a drive to make a full game and this concept was one that really got me excited. Hopefully you'll see a full game in the future!

Thanks for the feedback, thats a great idea!

yup, its turn based. The players not in the arena can buff the boss with the money earned to make it more challenging for the current player.

Well done! Love the pixel art and the mechanics are super polished and fun.

love it, that is exactly what I was hoping for!

Thanks for playing!

This felt really good and was a great iteration on the theme! Great idea for the mechanic switching. The only negative feedback I have was the controls made it a little challenging to toggle between quickly. But it definitely wasn't a huge impact to the experience.

Absolutely agree. I Gotta put some more work into hashing that one out.

Thank you for the feedback! Not intentional, but ran out of time to fix it =)

I agree completely. I'll fix it when the competition is over. Thank you for the feedback

I like it! Definetly see the potential in this one. Took me a second to realize that the movement speed was realted to the orb. I sat there for a good bit thinking I wasnt pressing the correct buttons.

Such a cool feeling game, also I absolutely love the art!

Great work! I really enjoyed the puzzles and the environment interactions. Maybe im dumb but my screen appeared to have cut off the location of the torch so i couldnt see to go grab it when fighting krampus.

I really enjoyed this, felt very polished and rewarding. Great work! The play area on my browser was bigger than my display was showing. Im not sure if my resolution is out of wack or what, but that was the only issue I ran into.

Top notch narrative! Took me a minute to figure out I had to dodge things with the mouse (helps if I read the description) but after that it was super fun.

This felt amazing, great work! The camera felt a little disorienting

Love the game look and feel!

Thank you!

Absolutely agree, I broke my game this morning so wasn't able to complete everything I wanted to in time =(

Thank you! I really love the depth inclusion in 2.5d games =)

The checkpoint situation was something I strongly considered and was torn because of the time trial aspect of it. I Probably could have pretty easily just skipped that tutorial with the Retry button though. I'll definitely push that fix once the jam is over.. thank you for the suggestion!

Thanks for the feedback!

yeah definitely. Appreciate the feedback! Looking back I probably could have increased the shadow strength or camera angle to give a better identifier for feet location as a fairly quick fix. I'll push that up after the jam to hopefully ease that situation a bit.

This game feels super clean, great interaction feedback, art work, and sounds!

This game has to win for the name alone! Was a fun little game, I found it a little hard to read the text as the screen started to turn red.

Thanks for the feedback, agree with you on all of those! The 10x jump was a bug that inadvertently turned into a catchup mechanic feature lol

I loved this experience so much, well done! It took me a few minutes to find the Alka-seltzer to interact with and a few other things, but well worth it when I did.
