Amazing game! 

Smol details on the navigator version tho:

- we can see the dialog popup appearing in the top left of the screen before anchoring to the speaker

- blowing the horn, people going in the water relaxing area and some combat vfx cause a 1 to 2 seconds slow of the game, I think it's a shader/gpu issue with the webexport, we had the same issue in our first godot webexport for a jam

IM GLAD I CAME BACK TO DO IT, THAT CHEESE WAS GOOOOOOOOD, and we saved the fishes, I LOVE IT

Was not expecting a bullet hell dodge type of game but here we are! Simply stunnning visuals and sound design, the "boss" fight felt fair while also a little challenging, overall amazing game!

How can I find it? You got me interested here sir 👀

Didn't make it cause I died three time in the very spiky downward tunnel, kept confusing R and E from time to time but overall great experience, a little stressfull as I felt nowhere near the end despite the timer being under 100s each time I died

Really nice, it indeed feels way more rewarding to pay attention to those small species now, good job!

Smacked the cat a good while before understanding I had to smack specific fishes! But got him an Amoguss hat so I think he forgave me, 10/10 would fork the cat again

Felt a little like the early stages of Spore! 

Ramdomly evolved on wave 2 on the first playthrough but understood the mechanism better and cleared everything on the 2nd attemp! Very interesting concept, only wished it was a little longer!

Thanks a lot for the review! Indeed we went a little too far on the Overpowered spectrum near the end because we were like "if they're gonna play just one game, at least they'll have fun being CRAB GODS" ! Only 3 giants ennemy spawn during the run randomly but people mostly remark the shark because with the 1.5 scale, since he's pretty big normaly, he becomes GIANT lol

Thanks for the reply, coming from a guy who played the OG Vampire Survivor, it's truly an honour to have been able to make you have some of the fun at least!

My favorite so far, the third and final level reminds me of the squid races in Mario Sunshine and felt really good to navigate through!

I love the art direction and cuteness overall, 10/10, would race in the sewer to pick up weird liquid substances again!

I love the artstyle and gameplay, could really imagine a PvP game out of it with this balance of skill/luck mechanism, a really great surprise, thanks for that gem!

Short and sweet!

I found a strange issue that maybe some small cuts were not registering points on the small species (crab, seaweed and octopus) whereas the fishes were giving humongous amount of point even with sloppy cuts

Good experience overall and love the time spent cutting smol fish pieces and sharpening my knife!

Feels really polished and I love the mouvement on the Krill! A nice short, sweet and somewhat challenging game!

I stayed on the first screen a good 30 seconds as I thought there was no gameplay at first! maybe some hint about the commands in the description could more easily guide us through this wonderful gem of a small game that is nothing short of poetic and I really appreciated the experience, thank you for that!

I found it quite hard at first since as you said, the margin of error is really small at first but when you get a hang of it, you can outpace the water and have some attemps in the mid to late game! I'm sad that there is nothing happening once you touch the flag tho!

Holy smoke, I love the artstyle and vibe!

The game is kinda hard not gonna lie and I got trapped against the fish skull by two crabs, making be unable to move and force a refresh, other than that it was a really great and unexpected experience, congrats!

Fun, polished and way longer than I anticipated! the only downside is that the last level is way easier than the ones that come before him, at least for me, other than that, AMAZING job!

Felt a little sad through the experience, it was a sweet time, only wished it could have lasted a little longer!

The overall aesthetic was amazingly well-done!

Wasn't expecting a tower defense at first!

Tried a few run and never felt like a turret was more OP than the other so very good balancing on them! Each time I felt like there was too many iceberg, there usualy was enough money in the bank to buy a new turret that would instantly solve the issue (as long as I was not buying the simple turret each time) so even the difficulty curve is top notch!

Successfully escaped after a few attempt!

The art style is so charming and cute, and I felt a true sense of accomplishment watching my lill' pufferfish sneak its way through freedom!

Sadly the coin system was put it kinda late to go along the "health" collectibles to give variety but we didn't have the time to put the "upgrade" shop in as of the release..

For the getting EVEN smaller part, it happens when you press left mouse button or space, and can only happen two times per run (for now), hope it clears the confusion!

Truly amazing, I just spent the last 10 minutes completing the game, and enjoyed every second of it!

During development we went back on forth on different placement for the UI elements, we decided to cramp everything near the bar, at the bottom, to at least have a glimpse of them while focusing! Sadly, as you say, we're still too focused on the bar and can't enjoy the rest of the art, but we'll think of something better for our next jam!

The overall ambiance and lore provided by the intro and scene transition are really putting us in character!

Wasn't expecting that at all lmao, the sudden sound change and terraria-like fighting was AWESOME, some fish were really hard at first but after spotting there weakness were a lot easier! (looking at you, Swordfish)

Holy smoke! Everything felt so good, from the moovement to the momentum based crashing for gold fish, to even the little pun in each level. And the railgun at the end was just the cherry on top! My personnal best game from the jam so far!

Short and sweet! The end with the hooking + jumping combined was a little tricky!
