Thanks for trying it out! A lot of people have been mentioning the range thing so I'm working on adding it to the new version, hope you try that one as well

sure, I would like to give it a try

I rated yours as well

Nice, Wish there was more to it like an endless level or something

Another great entry in the jam, one of the few I actually finished playing. I loved the narrative aspect

I guess the screen scaling in my browser cut it out, anyways good game though

Oh alright, I'll try it again now

Alright, let me know if you find any other bugs. Working on a mobile version right now

thanks for the feedback! Did you collect the the tile piece at the end of level 1? You have have to collect those to unlock more levels

Thanks for playing! I actually had that planned and already put it in the new version I'm working on so I would like it if you would try it again after the jam

The game does lag a lot on my browser but I still managed to play quite a bit and enjoyed it pretty much. I loved the moving blocks to make your path mechanic which kinda like my game as well so do check it out. Really Good work though.

I was confused a bit at the start but figured it out later. The shop doesn't have any exit button so if I don't have enough cash at the end of the day it makes me restart the whole game that too from the browser itself

The gameplay was smooth and functioning and I enjoyed playing it. Good work!!

Only 2-3 days left so Let's trade more ratings and keep the Game Jam spirit alive!!

You can rate my game here - https://itch.io/jam/go-go-godot-jam/rate/3180952

Share your game pages in the comments. I would love to see some pixel art games

One of my favourite games from this jam!! Its really fun. I did run into an issue though, after playing a few round the "Ship It" button stopped working

I like the visuals but there is literally nothing to do in the game or I can't find what to do. A tutorial or some intro would have been nice

Nice, I love Arcade type games. I really like the artstyle you went with.

Good work on the pixel art, I don't really like playing text based games so I got the failure ending. I guess I'll try it again later. Do check out mine as well

The concept is definitely worthy of developing. Wish we could have seen it in action. The game window crashes on collision between the enemy and player. Will this be developed further or not?

I got the same issue, the game window crashed after colliding

Did you remove the download files? because I can't find any

(1 edit)

How do I use the fire extinguisher? Also just take it as feedback but using LMB instead of E would have worked much better for the player in my opinion.

The concept could work as a fully functional game with some improvements, anyways nice work

The concept is good. The game does feel totally random though, its like I just press some random buttons and complete the game. More player input influencing gameplay would have been better.

Destroying things is always fun (in video games)! Nice game, could be improved but still good enough. I think the game has a kind of emptiness in its environment which could be improved upon, I have the same problem in my games usually.

Thanks for trying it out! About the placement issue, I actually had a ghost block type in mind to show the players how the block will be placed but didn't get around to developing it during the game jam.

However, I'm still updating some things and working on it so check back after the game jam if you would like to try it out.

Going to add a new level set with better navigation as well!

Tried it again, I won't mind the drive link actually.

I still can't download it

There's no downloadable file available?

I would love to give it a try because of the artstyle

The concept of dying and using your dead bodies is pretty fun but respawning again and again is a bit much also I accidentally fell off the map and placed a respawn point in the air and i kept respawning in a loop. it was fun though. I couldn't help but notice the similarity between my game and this one so do check it out

I really enjoyed playing it although I don't usually play games like this. A pause menu would have been great though

Here are some ways to assemble the blocks. I would love to see everyone else's creations as well so do post them here if you can. Also don't forget to try it in Black and white

That would be great actually, I cannot find any sound designers or artists and yeah I'm not leaving this project to die so let's see how it goes

I don't think that glitch would work, the main goal in level 6 is on top(spoilers) so how will you reach there? I'll try it out myself though. Thanks for letting me know.  don't forget to rate btw

Is it still not playable? should I hold rating for now?

I added controller input in mine ass well but really late and forgot to make a block changing control input. I'll update it after the jam.

Sadly no, I'll try it again later and let you know. Thanks for the controller support btw

It's been a while since I played a game with this Artstyle. Its a cute game and fits in with the cozy Christmas vibe. Would love it if it had audio though

The art is pretty good and the concept is nice but as of now there's no clear goal yet and no introduction or tutorial. Also I can't pause or exit the game while playing.

Was just about to write this as well, it was really annoying to miss the upgrades you would have wanted

Nice little game and concept. The only thing missing is motive I would say, I earn the money but I can't do anything with it, Also how many shapes are there ? I seem to only find two, diamond and glasses
