I really like that the game has a story with visuals. The gameplay itself is fun, the platforming feels good.
I personally don’t like that you have to restart if you fall to death. Losing a heart and respawning or something like that would probably be better.
Also, a game over screen would be helpful.

One thing I would do different is how the clock works. I think 5 minutes is almost too much. Also, maybe sound effects when the clock reaches one minute.

It would be really nice if there was a way to fetch all game jams that a user created with their url, image, date etc.
As a game jam host of a game jam that happens twice a month, we have to register the game jam in multiple locations, which could be automised if such an API endpoint existed.
Your game doesn’t need to be perfect. If you aim to create something perfect, you most likely never finish it. Until you get more experienced, the journey should be your goal instead of the end product. So even if you can’t finish properly, you should still upload it as a proof to yourself what you learned.
Very nice game, although it is kinda hard to collect the beans (maybe im just bad idk). Maybe increasing the hitbox of the player so it includes the parachute as well could work.
Else, great sound effects & music, great that u could add options thats always nice, and cute art.

Some random objects in the scene would be cool and the sound of the explosions is very loud (in the bossfight)
