Lol I was not expecting a russian-roullette game out of this theme but you did a good job incorporating it! The SFX are quite funny despite the morbid subject lol.

This game was really fun too play, great work for a game done in 48 hours. Loved the music too btw, it slapped!!
Nice idea. There are many games in this jam using very same ideas etc but this one is very different. I like that. Very simple but fun. Nice job ^^
Funny! I wanted to see what would happen when I die but it took forever for the enemy to actually chamber a bullet, lol
I don't think the Roblox Oof is royalty free. Nobody will care for a 3 minute jam game, but just as a heads up.
There's a recurrent situation with Unity devs which they dont seem to care for smaller resolutions... anyways, after zooming out a lot, I managed to play, pretty fun and clever way to implement the theme in the game! Very creative, congrats!!
Hey, Good Game!
I enjoyed the shooting part.
Some tips:
1. You can improve the UI.
2. The current music does not suit the game's setting.
3. You can Improve the environment by making a few simple changes - adding wall materials, reworking the lighting settings - eg. you can set it up as an indoor scene like a spotlight at the top of the table like in Poker games etc.
4. Currently, there's no way of knowing which dice were mine (I understood it in a few turns, the right one is ours, I guess I am just confused because I am a lefty XD). This can be done by changing the colour - say blue is my dice and red is my enemy.
I hope this helps improve your game :). Good Luck.
hey , thanks for your feedback but I already know all these 😅, fact is I didn't get time to work on any of these heck I didn't even get time to add post processing, and about the environment, I am too bad at environment designing and lighting so I just slapped the first material I found online😂.
Shoot I was going to add a text above those dice views but it completely slipped my mind and I am realising that now.
no problem.
You can practice building environments and release this as a casual game :)
Tip for env: look for photos in similar settings - pub/casino, you'll get a general idea of what/how the colours are set up. Use default unity materials (wishing that u made this with unity) - just adjust the reflections well.
Will share a few links on discord that'll help you.
- "Hey, Ennemy 1, I have an idea, let's make Russian Roulette a lot more dangerous"
- "OMG, let'z goooooo"
I like the idea but the fact that you don’t have control over anything makes it a little bit too luck-driven.
A nicely done game! I keep getting ded, maybe my luck has flew somewhere else lol
Nice! The RNG is unreal on this game though lol. I had to play 20 rounds before getting a victory. Perhaps in a future version you can have a bunch of enemies, and the first enemy has only one bullet in the magazine to make your odds of winning a bit higher, and then progressively add more bullets to make it harder as your score increases?
When he dies he just falls of the chair, but when I die everyone LOSES their minds (the screenbreak effect and stuff) Also I can kinda see if the guy has the bullet in his gun or not, was that intentional? anyway cool game and nice that you completed it (even tho you started making it kinda late ;D)
Good game! a bit laggy for me, but was able to get the "Both Ded!" screen
