I think the collisions are a bit weird (there is also no transparency in the sprites) and sometimes you can't jump even though you're not falling (if you go to an edge).

I feel like there could be more use cases for the jump boost as that seemed to be the most fun mechanic in the game.

Perhaps when swapping a character point an arrow to where the other character is, or simply add a minimap highlighting the characters.

Although you do need both (I think), I do feel like most of the time I used one character only.

Regardless, it was a nice short, not too hard game to play. Congrats!

Oh my bad. It is not a wall, just looks like it because it has the same texture.

That was a beautiful game. Not something I would expect for this theme, but fits it well.

I'm just disappointed I got teleported before jumping on the last scene.

I think the concept is interesting.

It's weird how we cannot see the enemy and it just keeps shooting from everywhere, so you kinda have to shoot towards the direction the shot came and hope it hit without knowing if it did.

I think there should be faster navigation as well (could be an upgrade to the player).

Unfortunately seems like my screen just went black at a certain level and I couldn't progress more.

I liked how you could throw the character and the switch around, but I think the character could be a little bit slower when running.

Graphics are nice but seem a bit blurry to me (might just be my eyes).

I like the puzzles but I kinda wish I could go faster and perhaps jump (although that would change some of the puzzles to be wider).

It seems like it would be a nice co-op game. Congrats!

The art looks quite simple and beautiful!

However I do not understand the advantage of going faster as it makes it easier to hit enemies than if I went slower, but by going slower it seems to randomly lose HP even if I hit nothing

It doesn't seem to fit the theme too much (unless you meant faster = stronger, however it seems to make you weaker in the current state of the game)

That was quite fun!

I did not entirely enjoy the fact that hitting a wall sends you back to the beginning but I can see it as an extra difficulty. The hitbox seems to be kinda large as well, as even if I'm not touching the spikes I die from them (and the bomb seems to have quite a bit of radius, I lost HP while being a bit far from it).

I'm not entirely sure if I died because I was stuck (i died right after) or if it was because of a large hitbox.

It is hard to play as two players when you are only one! Overall it was a nice game, congrats!

I like the mechanic! And the art is really nice too.

There are a few things that could probably be done to make the game feel better:

  • A smaller hitbox on the robot while it's still alive. This might make it feel better to move around.
  • More air control when you jump, as well as good speed even if you jump right away. Right now you need to go be moving for a while or your jump will be short and slow.
  • There are some invisible obstacles throughout the map.
  • Sprite changing should be more "frequent", such as when reaching the ground it should reset and not keep the jumping sprite.
  • The death dialogue seems unnecessary as there is a counter already. It would be fine if it was less frequent, but it happens every time you go through the NPC, and ends up distracting too much from the game.
  • Being able to jump right when you reach the ground. Seems like sometimes you can't jump right away.

That was neat!

I was wondering why I needed the diver besides for the first part and just went to get the code with the others to then realize why I could need the diver.

Regardless, that was actually fun and fits the theme nicely. Congratz on the game!

Unfortunately I feel like there is no need for me to use the ball character.

I'm not entirely sure if you forgot to remove the 'Ctrl' mechanic where you shoot extremely fast, but even without that mechanic the boss dies too fast, he has time for around 1 attack total, I feel like the boss should be more tanky.

I think that the boss being more "bossy" and giving a need to the ball character would be a nice thing to change!

I also fell under the ground with the ball guy.

Thank god I could revive!

Unfortunately I fell off the map when I was fighting the knight so I couldn't move the drone nor the mage after killing (cheesing) it.

I like how you can fly around with the drone while the player is holding onto it.

Controls get a bit confusing though. There is also a bug that if you freeze while moving the drone it will just keep moving alone. (If that's a bug, now that I think about it, it could be a feature)

I liked the concept.

However I feel there is almost no need to buy the other vacuums as it's fast to get to 300$, and it is a bit hard to die as you can buy lives for a cheap amount (which I do not mind).

I would like if you could buy more than one per vacuum as well, as seeing them speed killing the bugs would be fun.

There is a bug where the shop menu only stops the currently spawned entities, so anything that spawns after opening the shop will keep moving.

Regardless, it was quite fun! Congrats! I've left my rating!

I hoped for a few more levels but it was fun regardless.

There were a few collision and input bugs (such as getting stuck on nothing or moving on its own when I'm controlling the character) but nothing that was too much.

It is a bit confusing at first and you get lost switching characters. I feel like on the last levels the sword man is not needed for anything because even if one of the characters die you can keep on going, so you just need to turn the enemy to the other side.

Regardless, congrats on the game! Left my rating!

Small fun game.

I just feel that the knockback is too strong and makes it so you're not too scared of dying, because it almost makes you immune to damage, and that the knights should teleport to you when changing rooms as some can get stuck in the previous room.

That was relaxing. I also think the point light cursor was nice.

I got a bit lost knowing which is the main fish but overall it felt nice playing. Congrats for the submission!

That was a nice puzzle game. Took me some thought in some of the levels on how to do it.

I found some of the controls a little weird (and died many times by mistake) such as how to rotate the character and swapping characters, but other than that, it was cool!

That was small cute game.

I like the idea of you going around with multiple animals and use their abilities to go through the map.
It seems there are a few bugs in there (such as getting stuck with the eagle, or not being able to close the dialogue box if I press A and Space on the rock at the same time with the bull) but overall felt quite nice!

I liked it, however it feels like there is no need for you to swap to the character holding the gun unless you want to do some shooting yourself.

I like that you need to stick together for you to get infinite ammo so that you can keep on shooting, but the character shooting for you almost turns the swap character functionality useless.

Perhaps giving some kind of advantage in case you are controlling it would be better, or maybe make it weaker when you are not the one controlling, so as to have a reason to swap. I went most of the game without swapping, as he obliterated every enemy besides the worms.

Unless of course, the swap was done only in case you wanted to do some shooting.

Anyways, I left my rating. Congrats on the game :)

That might be why my small circles were destroyed when they didn't hit the triangles then, not sure if there is a better recommended collider for it, maybe a polygon collider would be better. Might be a bit less performant (possibly not noticeable here) but would make the game feel better.

Is this only for Linux or other OS or am I doing something wrong? (I'm on Windows)

I've only got to the second hard boss but that was fun!

If I had to say something, though:

  • An epilepsy warning would be good to have in this game, as the menu shows a lot of flashy and color changing.
  • I think the bloom / emission / blurriness is too strong in a few aspects of the game, such as the corners, boss text and possibly the player. Tuning it down a bit might make it look a bit better.
  • It would be fun if you didn't grab the ball you could still exchange a life with it, but you would teleport to its position (which I thought it was going to happen but I think I miss read it). It would lead to some interesting strategies I think.
  • The colliders seem a bit off for the small circles, as they seem larger than what they are, as I've lost a few without touching the "enemy". (It might be that their collision is not set to continuous, not entirely sure). Are the triangles box colliders?

Regardless, it was a fun game. I've left my rating, congrats!
