As soon as I got used to the mechanics of the game, I enjoyed it!

In what way does your game fit the theme?
In the game, you have to collaborate with another person to reach the end.

Yes, I wrote all the code myself and my teammate made the assets.

Two players seemed like a popular idea but this has to be by far the best implementation of the two players having great synergy, all of their combos feel like the natural result of one being light and the other heavy. I think maybe having a 1 player mode where you just switch between controlling one which has some indicator that your controlling it ( I often got confused which player was controlled by which input). Other than that great job and the puzzle design also helps to draw out some of the best bits of the mechanic. :)
Well done on your game, it turned out really well! I struggled a bit with the first two levels and throwing the one character, but I managed to get the one player to bounce on top of the other when they collided, so that's how I got past those levels... 😅
Really fun game! I'm really surprised at how polished this game was, and the level design was overall really good. Don't really have much to nitpick on other than the music getting a bit repetitive and me just personally disliking WASD + Arrow controls since it can get confusing to use both simultaneously
Fun little game. Maybe add a meter for (arc, and angle) so you can throw him different distances over the obstacles. Also maybe add an arrow over top of the player so you know which character you are controlling
This was really fun and charming overall, with a lot of attention paid to how well a person could control both characters simultaneously I feel. Making this a race to see how quickly a player could complete it is a great middle ground between letting the player going as slow and carefully as possible, and being too difficult for the average player, instead giving people the option to challenge themselves to a high degree rather than forcing it in. Even with the few mechanics here, it all felt nicely implemented, nothing feeling wasted or even underutilised. A couple of the puzzles felt oddly placed I'll say however, some of then being unusually easy near the end, not a massive criticism, but I thought it pertinent to mention. Also the music got a bit repetitive. Great game overall though, enjoyed it quite a bit.
A nice entry for the game jam! The music is a bit grating in the long run, but the gameplay is nice. I did discover a bug: the player who can hold switches can have its switch activated by the other character and they can sometimes reach the flag by doing this. If the holder has a switch upon reaching the flag, it will still hold it in the next level.
Otherwise, it's a nice idea to expand upon after this game jam. Congrats!
Unfortunately seems like my screen just went black at a certain level and I couldn't progress more.
I liked how you could throw the character and the switch around, but I think the character could be a little bit slower when running.
Rated! Congrats on the game!
Awesome little game. Nice music, balanced level design, cohesive graphics style, and innovative mechanics. Fits the theme perfectly too!
Definitely would like to see you continue working on this.
Thanks for making this game, I had a lot of fun playing through it!
I enjoy playing your puzzle platform game. Very interesting mechanics. Very balanced difficult and nice learning curve. The last few levels were hard, but not impossible.
Love the characters and the little details, like jumping over the 2nd player. Nice music too.
The game has potential for more levels if you plan to continue with the work.
Great job! Congratulations!
actually ended up playing this for a much longer time I thought I would. Really fun implementation of the theme. Could actually play it by myself even if it is co-op. My score for this definitely rose once I realized I can throw the WASD guy. Very nice. good job.
You did a great job with the simple game mechanics, each level felt very different and eased you into the new environmental mechanics so kudos to that. The only thing that sort of bothered me was how the music just looped with no variety.
But great job overall!
