I'm really glad you enjoyed it :)

I didn't expect anyone to get that far, honestly. I would have included some kind of ending lol

Thank you so much for playing my game!

One of the best games i've played this jam! Loved the random potions effect and how chaos ensues as panic gets dangerously high!

Good job on this game :)

Cool game!! I really dig the visual style.

The main mechanic is interesting but I feel that it gets overshadowed by the random rotation that is introduced later. It stops being about planning your path and is just waiting for the right color to appear.

The game is surprisingly polished for a game jam, congratulations!

Visuals and audio are cool, and the game looks promising, but I could not advance from the second level. I was not able to interact with the, as some others have already said. Sad because I wanted to see the fight between deities.

Loved the voiceover :)

Sick visuals and music! Made me want to play Space Cadet on windows XP again

The start was a bit slow, I wish extra balls appeared sooner

Good job!

Really nice game!

Hit boxes for explosions could be a little bit smaller to allow for a small error margin, such as the second room.

I loved the idea and the voiceover. Good job overall <3

Game looks cool and definitely has potential to it. Swinging your knife around feels nice but I had two small issues:

- Since the game is hard, you die a lot, which is ok, but the cutscene is long and unskipable. I wish there was a way to skip it and start stabbing right away.

- Porches blocked vision a little bit too much. I died a lot trying to stab enemies that were standing there in the porches because I could not see them. It would be cool if they became see-through when your character stood in them

Good job overall!

Game feels really polished! Visuals are cool too. Sometimes simple is better! :)

Fun game! I wish there was a water bar for the plant.

The art is nice too, good job :)

Good game! I love papers please and overcooked :)

I wish I could throw old newspapers and bills to the trash to make some space, just like you move bills to your wallet.

Good job !

Game was fun, though I did not know what to do at the beginning. good work

Cool visuals, I can see that you got inspiration from Doom :)

Game is beautiful and gameplay feels solid. Congrats!

Super fun game, I laughed a lot! The idea is awesome and it truly feels as chaotic.

There is so much work and love in this game, and it shows. Congratulations :)

This is a really nice idea with great potential and I'd love to see more! My only nit-pick is that you can bruteforce your way without looking at the left side, since the pillars just block you for a few seconds.

Great work overall

Great idea honestly. I love small puzzle games with quirky mechanics :)

Good job with the character sprite btw, I liked it !

Actually chaotic! Great idea :)

It would feel a bit better If movement was just a little faster

Good job!

Game is surprisingly polished and fun for a game jam! :)

As someone other people said, walking around could feel smoother.

Great job with the game all around!

Cool idea! I like that it has two different gameplays.

Some UI elements got blurry/stretched, like my health bar.

That is actually a good idea! I tend to only build webGL versions of my games for itch.io since I myself prefer them for playing, but in this case it would have been helpful.

Thank you!

Game is really nice :)

I didn't expect the twist at all, good implementation of the theme!

My only suggestion would by to make the puzzles a bit easier to figure out, maybe with UI hints (destructible objects could have a health bar for example). I could not solve them without looking at the hints in the game page.

Good work!

Thanks for the feedback, this is a nasty bug that I believe may happen with any vertical edge in any level. This is my fault because I wanted to be fancy with the player movement script, and now I see no "easy" way to fix this.

I'll get to it eventually. Thanks again for taking the time!

Thank you for the heads up, and thank you for playing the game until the last leve, I hope you enjoyed itl. I'll fix that when I have some time

Thank you Mikey! I loved your video, if was very fun.

By the way, you found a shortcut in level 9! You are supposed to just drop downwards when the platform reaches its hightest point. I didn't even noticed you could skip that until you did it haha

Anyways, thanks for the video and the recommendation. I'm glad you liked Caverynth
