I agree that it could be very fun as a coop game, but multiplayer is very complicated to implement and is way out of my skill level for the time being.

Thank you for playing the game, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yes, you're right Rooms doesn't come from Doors, I forgot to mention that on the game page. However, this game is based on the Doors version of Rooms since it includes A-90.

I understand, if you don't enjoy working on the project then it is time to move on.

You could have shurikens do the same amount of damage as a sword strike, but you have a limited amount of them, so you can't use them on every enemy.

But I understand that you feel that the core of the game is off. I just don't believe that it is beyond fixing.

Honestly, I think that this game has huge potential. It just needs a little bit more depth. More weapons could go a long way. The game could become way more interesting if you had more weapons at your disposal such as shurikens or a bow.   That would add a whole new element of deciding what weapons to use for different situations.

Even with lots of movement upgrades, the speed was still very slow.

Overall, really solid game. Gameplay is really fun, my only problem is that the movement speed felt way too slow. Good job though!

Yeah, the darkness and the difficulty seem to be the biggest issues. I was mainly focused on the atmosphere, so I'm glad that turned out good.

Sometimes it felt like I died randomly. I would be running away from all the piranhas and then just die even though they didn't touch me.

I really like the environments, but for some reason my character's animation got stuck when I failed to jump at a box. I also flew into the void at one point.
