Fuck yeah

This is the best game in the jam by far

Really great presentation, and fun puzzle gameplay!

Took me a second to get used to the floaty-ness of the character, but once I did it was really fun! Love the art and the music as well!

Really fun use of the limitation! Reminded me a lot of Titan Souls!

10/10 Voice acting

I present to you,  👑

Really nice art and a cool take on the match 3 genre!

Took me a second to realize it was procedural, the level feels really natural. Very fun and satisfying gameplay, though I do wish the shooting was maybe twice as fast with half the damage!

Reminds me of old classic flash games in the best way! Really fun, challenging gameplay!

One of my favorites from this jam! Love the art style!

Great art and music!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Theoretically it goes on forever, but the enemies get faster each level, my current best is level 5!

Thanks! Yeah I'm definitely thinking about polishing it up a bit and expanding on it!

Thanks for taking the time to check it out! Sorry about the eyes!

Thank you! The solitaire connection was something we noticed a little later into making it, but once we leaned into a bit more it started to really come together :)

Thanks! Yeah I think I’m definitely going to go back to 2D after this one!

Thank you!

Oh yeah totally understandable, I had a very similar time balancing my game haha

Really like the concept! One change that could be fun would be to make the head a bit bouncy, I had a lot of fun trying to go for 'trickshots', and I think bounciness could add to that!

One of the only 3D games I've seen for this jam, which is cool! Would be cool to see it expanded if you have time.

Really cool concept! I love the minimalistic vibe, and the monochromatic colour pallete!

Very quickly killed myself the first playthrough, but after taking a bit more time and being more strategic I made it further. Fun game!

Love the sound effects! Kept dying to the thumbtacks, but had a really fun time still!

Really like the concept, and the frogger style gameplay fits it well! The music and art is great too!

Really enjoy the upgrade system! The only critique I have is to maybe make the starting movement speed a tiny bit faster.

Really cool game! I noticed there was a little bit of collision going on between the plates and the bubbles, maybe adding another flying object you have to swat away could be fun, if you wanted to expand on it!

So cool that this is an actual Gameboy game! Would love to see you somehow get it running on an actual gameboy :D

Really enjoyed the art and the boss fight! Though I wasn't able to kill the boss, as it's health kept jumping back up to full every time I killed it? Had a lot of fun outside of that!

Great looking pixel art! Really like the colour pallet choice as well :)

Great art and love the eldritch/lovecraft vibe!

Congrats on making it through! I would have really liked to have included some kind of tutorial, I might come back to this project in the future to rework balancing and make everything a bit clearer!

The driller’s damage is how much money they make per ‘attack’, and the fire rate is how fast that occurs. Upgrading range currently does nothing haha Something I’d like to fix if I come back to it!

Thank you! I definitely agree. I spent a lot of time going back and forth on balancing right up until submitting, definitely one of the biggest game dev problems I’ve come across so far!

Oh right, I forgot chromebooks have a different operating system, and it also looks like Unity currently doesn’t let you build for them unfortunately :/

Could you give me some details on the issue you’re having? :)

I think that should be ok! I tested it on my ultra book and it ran pretty smoothly if I remember correctly. The only requirement is a wired PS4 controller :)

Thanks for checking it out!

Thanks for playing! Yeah we didn't really get a chance to thoroughly test that side of the game, and it ended up taking away from the exploration aspect. We'll be focusing much more on the exploration side if we expand on the game further in the future :)
