My games are deindexed

Hi!

I’m not sure if I’m deindexed, banned, or restricted. I read the docs to better understand what’s going on, but it doesn’t really help. Let me explain my situation:

Last week, one of my games was deindexed. I had sent an email that went unanswered. Since my games are NSFW, I thought I might have forgotten to include a warning. So, I created a new page for the game and made sure everything was in order. However, I just noticed that both of my games have been desindexed this time. Today, I received a message from itch.io asking me to switch from the “Collected by itch.io & paid later (aka itch.io Payouts)” system to the “Direct to you” mode, which I did. Is this related to the delisting of my games? I don’t understand what’s going on and I can’t get a response. Therefore, I would like you to help me figure out what’s wrong and find a solution to this problem.

Indeed, your games were deindexed. Please contact support.

That's what I did :

I had sent a message last week (the request number is 164643) I waited several days and got no answer (still not today)

I also sent e-mails yesterday (two precisely, I sent one too many by mistake, their numbers are 165388 and 165389)

Support needs time to reply. I'll let an admin know just in case.

Ok! Thanks

Is there any way to confirm that they received my e-mail? I know it may take a while but I still haven't heard back and it's urgent.

Moderator

Yes, you already received confirmation, since you have your ticket numbers. I also let our admins know a second time. Please wait.

I have another question in relation to this, since I make regular updates, but my emails have still not been answered, does this pose a problem for the support team who might check my itch.io page following my emails if I update my game? Should I wait for them to reply before updating my game?

Edit: I just updated it because I can’t keep people waiting too long. However, should I update it every week or every two weeks? I wonder if the verification takes longer if there have been multiple updates.”

I still have not received any responses from the support by email despite my reminders, is there nothing else you can do to help me?

No, sorry. See Leaf's reply from three weeks ago. I guess that must be it.

Ok, thank you for your answer. Just to be sure I understood everything, can the support staff answer me or does the fact that my games have been deindexed for this reason mean that the support staff can’t respond to my request for reindexation?

It probably just means their decision is final.

Ok

Is it normal that the support does not respond to my emails and does not inform me of the reason why I have been de-indexed? The administrator’s response is not precise enough, and if I want to publish a new game, I would like to be informed of the exact reasons for the de-indexing so as not to repeat the mistake that is being blamed on me.

So, I created a new page for the game and made sure everything was in order.

Creating a new page to circumvent a restriction on your account is seen as evasion. This is especially true if your existing page is active with owners.

We don’t allow discussion of account restrictions on our public message board, but generally speaking if a reviewer feels that the content of your page is too close to the edge of our acceptable use and and creator content guidelines that we me remove your page from being eligible for promotion via our browse and search pages.

Ok! I was waiting for the reply by e-mail, I went to the discussion board to make sure there were no other problems

Hello! Is it possible to somehow return this right to promotion and publication?

As far as publications are concerned, I'm the one who publishes less on Itch io, I try to favor my other networks because in my situation, itch io no longer gives me any visibility, so I try to encourage people to go and support my game where it has visibility
