Very unique plot! Hopefully it was not grounded in a similar IRL experience because that would have sucked.
Quite good for your first game, congrats. And there is something hilarious about security trying to stop a rampaging HR woman on a firing spree.
I'm sure you are well aware of the game's flaws so no need to point them out, but I'll drop a tip that shouldn't cost much time to implement - make things that are most fun easier to achieve. Most fun in this case is watching those guards fly through the window, and seeing them stop a few pixels away from the edge too often is irritating, so if they flew a bit longer that would be a quick fix.
Very original! Only gripe I have is the hitboxes like the other commenter said, but other than that it was quite fun
At first I thought, "This is weird", but I ended up having lots of fun and found a couple stats to kick the horse people off. Really good game!

Quite fun, but it would have been better to make the kicking easier - for example, having a bigger hitbox on your kicks, or being able to kick faster, and also being able to kick horses that are already downed. Loved the goofy physics
Thanks for playing. I'm realizing a realistic hitbox does not necessarily make for fun gameplay, especially for something as goofy as this.
it would have been cooler to fight on more equal ground; i.e. the horses trying to kick YOU out the windows too.
plus the horses attacks seem to be faster and/or have more range than your own, which can be annoying.
