Hi, just checked out you game, I really liked the health particle effects and the ambient in general. As another comment pointed out, some times the camera angle makes hard to understand all the possible paths.

Apart from that, really cool game, I enjoyed playing it, good luck with it mate! <33333

Cool stuff, i liked idea of the game.

I really like the graphics and I feel like the difficulty of the levels grow super well, they make you think. I think even just a single background music track would have helped a lot with the audio though

Cool idea. Unfortunately the level complete menu tends to crash (it did so twice in a row after level 3 for me).

I really enjoyed your art style, and the puzzles made me think for a second. The design focus of a defensive tower defense was a cool flip on the genre and I loved seeing my little foxes march off to safety.

My one wish was a slightly more vertical camera, as there were times when I wasn't sure what the foxes were dying to.

Well done!

This is one of the first tower defense games I've ever played - and I enjoyed it! Love the art and graphics, and watching the foxes safely traverse the landscape after I set the items up. Nicely done!

Fantastic graphics, gameplay reminded me of the game "Orcs must Die" but from a unique tower defense perspective. It was nice to be able to place the turrets dynamically during the level, to course-correct the path of the minions. I wish there was a bit of music, but otherwise this was really neat!

Developer

Thank you again for your feedback! Music would be really cool but I havn't found some fitting music in the last few minutes I had for the jam :D and I'm not at the point where I could create music myself. But maybe I will be there someday ^^'

Overall great game, i just wish an option was there to speed up the foxes abit.

Developer

thank you for the review :D yes you're absolutly right that would be a good feature to add. I think my head was just too clouded with other new towers for the enemy and the player and did not think about some more like"low hanging fruits".

Normally I’m not a fan of tower defense games but I guess this is a decent twist on the formula. One issue I had with it was the static camera angle that sometimes caused some spike traps to be hidden behind other scenery.

Developer

Thank you for the review! I was hoping that all of the traps were at a spot where they can be easily seen. A camera movement would really help to also increase the size of the levels while still being able to see all traps.
