Nice game. Good fight mechanics, I like fireball shoot through enemies. I think doors stay open (but they don't) and check some rooms multiple times. But it not a big problem. Nice effects and sounds make game very pleasant to play. Good job!

Really like the art, music and the smooth animations! Great work!
The ambience are awesome! my only concern is the rooms are pretty empty. I suggest you add more props into it like example : Chairs and Tables! And also a bit screenshake would make the game more Alive!

1. I loved the enemies and the variety of them!
2. Music was really cool and gave this intense feeling
3. and visuals were just really cool
4. and a lot of content for a jam game

1. The game became a bit repetitive after some time and became boring after getting the third artifact
2. the vampire necklace made the whole decreasing thing not important it just gave you a lot of health all the time
3. the game felt lifeless it would benefit from screen shake, particles and just "game juice"

Very nice! Really addicting and the gameplay was fun. The sound design was great along with the music. Very juicy, loved the vibe!
I'm really impressed with how extensive this game is! Lots of levels, enemies and unique encounters to enjoy.
I feel a few more sounds would have gone a long way to help characterise the sorcerer and the unique characters met along the way. And I certainly do agree with the comments below saying the enemies were a little too fast not giving you any time to react when they pop into the screen.
Overall, great world and a fun take on the theme which really helped the gameplay along.
This is a really good game! Sound effects, screen shake, the music, the occasional health drop from a monster, clicking on an item you have shows you the description, you really put a lot of effort in this game and it shows! The only thing I had issue with is that you can fire as fast as you can click. You can really melt enemies that way, and if you hit every shot you would just gain back all the life because of the necklace. Anyways, it's great game!

If there is one thing that might be worth improving is possibly the camera. Having the camera lag behind the players movement may seem natural, however, has the negative side effect of actually restricting the view. It might seem counterintuitive, but actually doing it the opposite way around, I believe, would improve the gameplay. Maybe give it a try ^^

This was a really fun experience! I loved the enemy animations, and the little health-indicators were great! I do think the player animation could have been a bit less jittery, but everything else visually looks awesome! One problem that I had later into the game is that I really felt that I could just run past enemies because there were so many health potions around, but that's nothing major! Fantastic job!

This game is amazing. it feels well balanced for the combat and the variety of enemies was good. i enjoyed the maze-like temple and your use of the theme was great. this is one of those game jam games that i might just play even after the jam ends if i need something to do. My only advice would be to add something to the ui. The health indicators looked nice but the text boxes and the objective box at the top just felt a little flat. if you created some pixel sprites to use as backdrops for the text that might work. all in all i loved the game and I'm very impressed with what you got done in the short amount of time.

I finished your game!!! I liked how you did the walk animation of the wizard to be just rotating, it was perfect for the atmosphere of the game. Also liked the artifacts effects on the wizard

Criticism -
The first criticism is that both the music and art were pre-made/taken from online. I know that is completely allowed and allowed you to focus more on other aspects of the game, but I still can't ignore it. My second criticism is that two of the main 4 artifacts, namely the Cloak of Life Siphoning and the Belt of Stabilization had very little to do with the theme.

I LOVED the enemy design and the combat, it felt fresh and engaging and it was fun to have to balance your health and damage output. The level design was also great and allowed for discovery and exploration moments.
