Really nice! I especially loved the music! I just found out that you could attack with the left click in the boss scene haha

Great pixel art design! great game

Very cool game, art especially in the cutscenes was amazing and the story was quite interesting too, a very unique game for this jam! good work!

Great art, atmosphere, theme but its quite hard to know whats currently happening in the game, I think it could greatly benefit from any visual feedback, such as character flashing/screenshake/particle effect or sound!

Submitted

Good game, I enjoyed it. It took me a while to figure out the movement, so maybe consider adding a tutorial or something. I really liked the graphics, though and the background music has this mysterious vibe that sounds amazing.

Submitted

I liked the story a lot! The art was also very good, a pretty enjoyable game! I just think the camera should've been closer to the player in the platforming segments.

Submitted

i liked the design ^-^ it would be cool if the camera would be a little closer to the character or a bigger/closer game view.

I like the music. Controls were a little weird to get down, but once I did it was smooth sailing. Nice work!

Thanks a lot Dmytro, it's very touching for me to see a game I worked on being played in a video.. ( I'm sure when other members will see you comment they will think the same! )

Hope you the best, I'll play your game soon, of course!

Wow Thanks man, you played our game till the end without any instructions and i am honored that our game was part of a your video

Cute little game and nice soundtracks and atmosphere! 2nd level was maybe a little bright but i could see why it needed to be

Its a really cool game! I really love the soundtrack and atmosphere. The movement is a bit janky, since it seems to count touching the wall/ceiling as touching the ground, so as long as I'm colliding with the level I can basically fly. I also think there should be some sort of checkpoint system so I don't have to restart the entire game if I die. Really creative interpretation of the theme though, and its not often that I play a video game made in a week that makes me feel such intense emotion (other than frustration because I'm bad at video games).

Developer

So glad you liked the emotional aspect! Since it was my job in the team to work on it, it really touches me.

this game is so cool!! amazing atmosphere and narrative story! the combat at the end was a little janky i couldnt tell if i was damaging him or if i was being damaged. but otherwise it was super fun and i really enjoyed it!

Submitted

The game is great! Took me a bit to figure out what I was doing but it is pretty fun!

Interesting take on the theme. Like the graphics and sounds. Did you write the music by yourself? Good Job!

Developer

Thanks! Yes I did. Tried my best to convey intense emotions, because of the game's theme.

I liked the game, i don't know why i can't play in fullscreen

The game was a bit confusing at first, but extremely fun once you get the hang of it, one of the best submissions I've played!
