Yees, love the model for the main character! Nice particle effects. I would adjust the camera movement a little and also give the main character an animation so that when we're just standing around it feels more lifelike (idle animation as mentioned below). The audio design was nice, and the levels were cool! We also did low poly 3D, but black and white, if it's of interest :D

Interesting level design, liked that! Was fun to play. A smoother and slower following camera could enhance the gameplay feel a little bit, in my opinion.

The game was interesting and I liked the models, the particles and the idea, I have only a few polishing suggestions the character is not facing the movement direction and also, I think having the idle animation would be nice😂 but other than that good job!

Developer

Thank you! We didn't really have much time to polish, the last day we did the final boss in a hurry.

You had me at the art work! Loved the polygon visuals and the shooting mechanic was implemented well. The ammo drops were also good so you didnt jsut get trigger happy! Cheers

I really like your game, but I have one problem which is the camera movement. My head was spinning while I was playing your game. Aside from that, it was really fun!

Good game! It's pretty fun.

I liked the style and and the sounds! The controls were a little hard to use, and I think I caught a bug when I finished the 2nd level and it just sent me to the start of the level to redo it. Also, the final boss could have had some little bit of spicing, because I just bullet spammed it lol. Overall, with some polishing, this can be a really great game!

Developer

lol, thanks,  we really didn't have much time to bug fixes.

Awesome! I love low poly stile, atmosphere you created, sounds, UI and how everything is placed nice on screen. Everything is awesome. Just two thing that could be better: some lightigs are glithy and walk direction fix.

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

The lights are "hard" mode, that causes glitches but have more performance, so we used them for the webgl version.

Game looks nice and i like the puzzles. Wish you selected fullscreen option in Itch.io's page, it's hard to play in small window mode

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks! The fullscreen button is there.

Submitted (1 edit)

yes, but game doesn't become fullscreen even when you press that button, you play in a small window. I think you selected the embedded screen size option  on Itch.io's settings

Check it now, I have disabled the button that was above

Pretty fun! I beat the game and killed the monster. I also found out that you can just jump up walls and go out of bounds whenever you want like that lol

Developer(+1)

Yeah, is a known bug, we must disable jumping in our controller. Thanks for playing and getting to the end!

I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game. It was hard to control with a touch pad, but I made it to a score of 625. Although I found a bug of sorts. I was shot by one of the monsters and my character disappeared, I assumed I died but my HP indicator said I have 8 HP left. And nothing happened, was stuck in the third person camera with no controls working. Although I did find this game fun, and with a little more polish I would love to see it on Steam.

Loved the music and the dramatic lighting, and take on the a story focused interpretation of the theme. We did something similar as well, please do check it out.

Developer

In addition to the story we added a "dive deeper" mechanics for collecting rune fragments in each level. Thank you!
