It's a pretty interesting horror game, but its a little bit buggy. I wasn't able to ever replay the game because the elevator stopped working (it never opens the door when it reaches the destination). When I quit to the menu, the cursor remains locked and invisible, and I have to alt+f4 and restart the game to continue. Also, the UI overlay doesn't scale properly at different aspect ratios (I decided to try the game at 640x480 to see how it would look with the vhs filter). I also noticed that the lightmap had some issues. It's noticeably noisy and light leaks through corners. Not a bug, but I would make the jumpscare a bit scarier, like more of a roar than a little zombie groan. Other than that it's a decent game and is pretty impressive for 7 days.

Best horror game that I have played in the jam so far; amazing atmosphere and I hate the basement so much. Audio and visuals especially collaborate to create a truly horrifying experience.

...My team's game "Growing Up" might serve as a nice dessert after playing this LOL

Cool game I liked the feel of it. When I hit escape to get to the menu the controls stopped working but other than that it worked great. Thank you for the post.

I got stuck in the elevator: I pressed the number floor 5 and immediately after the B, and I was stuck in the elevator for a minute until I decided to close the game.

The mood is cool but the FOV is so painfully close that at least to me it makes me feel physically sick.

I think I broke the game :D I called the elevator 1 floor down from where I lived and it just made a sound and then it just wouldn't come get me from the laundry room and I couldn't go up the stairs.

FPS controller with procedural animations was very cool. Tho I did get kinda motion sick from the flaslight :D

I hate horror games but a grand entry nonetheless!

I usually don't fan of horror games but it was nice. I really like the delay on flashlight when turnin head. Good job!

The graphics and sound are incredible, they made me feel unconfortable and in the game, nice job!

It is really scary. Graphics and sound effects are great. The lift scene is really scary.

I went for a realistic horror vibe too, so thanks! ^^

The atmosphere and sound make the game terrifying. I suffered in every corner.

Really well done!

Thank you :)

Nice Job! I really liked what you did with the audio design, having almost complete silence really put me on edge as I was walking down the halls. I had a bug where when the elevator went down after I got my clothes, the clothes somehow fell to the floor and blocked me from getting out of the elevator. Also I think it would be good if the escape key didn't immediately bring you back to the main menu, as I accidentally clicked it and that happened. Overall though it was a cool and creepy game!

Thanks for the comment! And yeah I see that there's a lot of bugs (including your descriptions) that hasn't been fixed for release due to the limited time I've had. I didn't even get to finish the ending and I would have liked to polish the main menu more so it doesn't feel janky.

My goal was to make a scary story game, so it's very nice to see that you actually found it scary when walking down the halls :)

Thanks for playing! ^^
