Fun game! Enjoyed it a lot, got a score of 560!
Sound effects and music feel pretty good with your game ambience, plus you've done a great work with the drill design and the smoke animation.
However, I feel the roof that kills you goes too fast for the early stage, I've been barely able to get further than floor 20. Maybe been able to see a bit more of the levels bellow could be a good addition too.
Overall, a pretty entertaining game!

Oh really cool! That's a deceptively simple and smartly designed game. Kudos for the balancing, it would have made the game boring if done wrong, but it felt like I was one always one mistake away from death. Would make for a really compelling mobile game, congrats!
Decent game! I didn't know about the dashing until I read further down the page, a title / tutorial screen would have been cool.

The concept is really cool and it has a lot of potential for how simple it is. I really enjoyed the dashing to escape the wave behind you. The only thing I'd say is the level design should be adjusted, eventually I realized you could just hug the left or right wall and spam the dash button when ever it comes off cooldown. I was able to make it to an 800 score by just doing that and not moving my drill at all.
Really cool and satisfying. The feeling of almost losing and then dashing downwards is very satisfying. Great job!

It's my opinion that if you're not coping with some kind of anxiety while gaming, you're not having fun! Graphics were done exclusively by one person and he is very talented. Thanks for the feedback!
The game gets a little repetitive if you manage to stay too long, but the idea is really good

I absolutely agree. We have some thoughts in the backlog for ways of making it less repetitive but we really just wanted to get this out there for the game jam deadline. It is my hope that we will have time to continue developing this and add some very exciting features that we've discussed that should help break up the repetition.
