How does your game fit the theme?
You will play the role of the assistant to a famous relic hunter. Your job is to explore the labyrinth and retrieve the ancient idol from the temple so that Professor Jones can safely steal your glory.
The game is divided into two parts: the first part is the exploration phase (the calm part), where you explore the temple, spot and mark traps, and figure out the way back; the second part (the tempest) begins when you retrieve the idol—then you'll need to rush back to the entrance as fast as possible before the temple collapses on top of you!
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All the code was written entirely by us from scratch. As for the assets, we used pre-made modular pieces, but the map and level design were completely done by us, assembling and customizing those elements to fit our vision. Full credits can be found in the 'Credits' section of the main menu.

Indiana Jones and the Golden Pug XD This is a really cool play on the Indiana Jones theme and is not something I have seen in this jam yet! Loved the mechanics and feel of the game, its a well polished and fun experience. Keep on jammin!
Thank you for playing the game, the sacred pug is proud of you! :)
man what a great idea! loved every second of it. wish it had more levels. its got a lot of promise to be a really unique experience. keep at it!
Thanks for the feedback!
I really enjoyed the game! I like the tutorial part because otherwise I wouldn't figured out what I had to do :) The music is really good too! And the phd comment hits hard hahah. Unfortunately I got motion sick playing it, which is unusual for me, I played 1st person games before and never felt it. I don't know why. But, I enjoyed it a lot! super fun!
Thanks for playing the game! We need to tune that camera in future releases for sure.
This game had good graphics and the gameplay was really interesting: I liked the fact you need to take into consideration all walls/floor because there could be a trap, nice job on this one!
Thanks for the feedback!
An interesting game, working with the camera and light pleases, the graphics are pleasant, I liked it, good job!
Thanks for the feedback!
Its really good, love the graphics and gameplay loop, just wish it was a bit longer, the traps might be a bit too punishing, like its really extream. other then that its awesome
8.5/10 :>
Thanks for the feedback!
This was surprisingly fun. I really enjoyed the mechanic of scanning / remembering traps and then having to navigate them. It was quite unique and for sure has real potential.
Feedback:
- The movement is a bit meh, the camera is too zoomed in and the rapid movements made me a bit dizzy. But I think this one would be easily fixable with some tuning on the camera movement and a slight zoom-out
- The crouching felt a bit weird to me, I would personally never put crouch on shift (thats used for sprint, which I think could also be good in this game!) but also it didn't feel like I was crouching low enough under the threads (even though I was) which made it hard to understand sometimes.
Thanks for the feedback, it helps a lot to tune different aspects of the game! I know the shift is really weird (all the team agrees) but webgl doesn't like a lot the ctrl key (activate ctrl + s and other shortcuts).
Very interesting mechanics! well done!
Thanks for the feedback and for playing it on stream! It's really nice to see someone play and give realtime feedbacks!
my pleasure m8! :)
I got motion sickness for some reason xD but I really enjoyed the game! I like how the tutorial covers everything and prepares you well for the actual game. I like the detail of the map expanding when you discover a new room. Well done!
Thanks for the feedback!
I love the idea!! I think it fits well with the theme but also brings another flavour to it. The vibes were great, I especially like the hovering tutorial texts :3
Thanks for the feedback!! i'll rate your game ASAP
Cute game! I had an error after the first area which prevented me from progressing further but I enjoyed the concept a bunch, love the trap variety!!
Strange, do you remember the type of error? If you want to try again the second area is the "real" game after the tutorial. Thanks for playing!
One more thing, for some reasons firefox give us problems, if you can use chrome. Also, are you playing from windows or linux? Thanks for any feedback, it help us a lot!
Oh yeah, I was using firefox. I could try the game again later in chrome!! I'm using Windows so it was probably firefox trouble
if you want you can also try the windows build as well
I really liked the idea! And how well implemented it was!
Nice introduction, and just after tutorial you already know why you need to inspect traps.
Very polished, plays nicely! Had my fun with that!
Thanks for the feedback! Really appreciated! I'm going to rate your game as well and let you know my feedback
Oh, you already did. At least, you left a feedback :)
uh that was another member of my team!
Oh yeah, sorry :)
Mixed the avatar froggy face color :)
Will be cool to see your feedback for sure!
Very nicely polished, fits theme. and great experience overall, a bit on the easy side. Would've been awesome if there where endless procedural dungeons. this game just asks for it.
Thanks for the feedback! We plan to add this feature in a future version. The reason why it's not already there is that procedural generation was too complex to be tuned in only one week so we decided to keep it simple for now :)
Yeah, I know what you mean, once I implemented procedural generation in game jam, had no time left for the rest of the game.
