This game feels really complete and solid! My only critique is you can't walk horizontally but other than that this is really fun! Good work!

How does your game fit the theme?
Our game fits the theme of the jam, both in terms of plot and gameplay. The girl Mira wakes up without memory on the Shard of Life, where peace reigns, but this is only the calm before the storm. Mira will have to fight and each battle includes preparation for it (the player is given the opportunity to collect his deck of cards - a calm stage), and then the battle itself, which will test how well the player has prepared for it.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
The entire code, as well as some of the graphics, were created from scratch. The other part of the graphics includes ready-made assets that we created earlier. Ready-made assets from open sources were used as music and sounds.

do you play magic: the gathering? this feels like there's some influence from it here. I though the deckbuilding was really fun, but the UI could be pretty cluttered at times. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish the game because of bug where any time I opened a shop or looked at my deck, I couldn't X out of it, and I had to restart.
Hello, thanks for your feedback! I don't think this is a bug, it's my stupidity. I decided that the player should have 16 cards in his deck, and if he has fewer in his library, then the number of cards in the deck should be the same as in the library (so you have to use all cards if you have fewer than 16 cards). I didn't have time to add hints to the window with the deck, so it feels like a bug, sorry =(
...I did not expect to find HoMM 3 like game... and here I am. Incredible game. I liked it.
Suggestions:
- Definitely some UI adjustments (tooltips, HP in numbers, estimated damage and etc)
Great Job!
The concept is incredible and the deck building dimension is super interesting!!! I would really love to see a more complete version! It makes me nostalgic for Heroes ^^
At this stage the game probably lacks a bit of UI and visual feedback. But congratulations for doing this in 7 days, it must have been a titanic work :o
Wow, nice job! There's so much here for the time limit ^-^ Fun mechanics and deck-building, and the music and graphics really work. I did make a mistake though... I fought the north ghost enemy a little too early, but when I lost, it spawned me above her, so I couldn't defeat her below, and I couldn't defeat any of the enemies in the section it has stuck me in... oops, haha.
There is really too much in it for a one-week game jam. For my part I didn't encounter any major bugs, just a few small ones. I just couldn't click on anything for a while when the game opened, but I think that's just my computer. I admire what you were able to do in a short time! Good work ♥
I can't say that it's bug-free and completely finished, but if you want to check out our game too, we'd really appreciate your feedback!
A very interesting game with elements of turn-based strategy! Nice graphics and suitable sound! Unfortunately, several times in a row I encountered a bug when no one’s turn came and the battle simply did not end. But I understand that in such a short period of time it is impossible to fix all even critical bugs. Good job!
Wow that was pretty cool, I could see myself wanting to play that until I beat it. Really cool idea, and not too difficult to figure out. This was really well done for 1 week.
I did have a few issues with the green guys, I'm guessing the orcs, where sometime during the battle we'd become lost in the sauce and just stare off into space. Nothing I did seemed to change that, so it was no longer anyone's turn somehow? This ended up happening twice sadly, so I only made it so far, but I could see myself trying again for sure!
Great work for just 1 week!
Very well. I really liked the fight, even wanted to do something similar, yes, maybe the graphics could be better, but you have done everything else! Gameplay and audio cool, play is fun enough but would like more impacing from the action. Good job!
I really liked the art, especially the character sprite
The game design is unique and fun
I'm looking forward to the future
I use a double monitor, when i do a full screen, the screen comes out across different screens
It was difficult for the mouse to access the lower part of the UI when using a small screen
Other than that, I liked it
Loved the deckbuilder combat system mixed with turn based strategy - super fun and rewarding!
Wow, such an amazing game! Fantastic battle system, really enjoyed it! Graphics are nice, and deck building is satisfying. One problem, when all of the cards in the deck are used, you can't do pretty much anything expect for dying, I think this can be fixed by "looping" the deck. Liked every aspect of the game, over the course of playing.
Thanks a lot for the comment!
Regarding the looping of the deck - we relied on Etherlords 2, where the deck may end - there is still the possibility to attack with a hero. Also, the units that you add to the deck can be considered as an army that you take with you and which may end.
Вау, нас помнят:) Очень неожиданно и приятно, спасибо еще раз за комментарий!
This was very cool! I'd add some things like a title screen maybe some kind of exposition & run down of the controls as loading straight into the game world like that was mildly jarring. The systems could stand a little bit of explaining but I was blown away by how expansive they were and how epic the adventure seemed. Unfortunately, the game soft-locked during a battle with orcs in the southlands so obviously there are some kinks to work out but sweet game.
I really played this. It felt incredibly robust. The hex fights, the deck of spells. The idea you can spawn friends unity to the better field. This is so robust. The thing I like the most was the upgrades. When I was able to pick up the higher range attacks it changed how I strategyze the game. Super cool.
