Maybe a shop npc you can trade money with for boar feed to lure them in for the archers to kill? just an idea, I think the roles the npcs play has very dynamic potential

Very neat little card game! Good work!

I like the atmosphere! I had a little trouble with the player movement, it felt a little odd. I would definitely recommend using Godot's default characterbody3D template for basic player movement, it works pretty well out of the box with little tinkering. I also managed to softlock myself in the shed by trapping the monster in front of the door while I was still inside. Other than that good work!

I would have really liked to see how that weather progression system would have affected the gameplay. But as it is its a very pleasant little golf game!

Such an interesting use of assets. I love the style! It sells a very uneasy feeling. Good work!

Awesome game! The art style is adorable and each scene is very unique.  I only wish there could have been more levels! (Time constraints :P) Great work!

This game has a perfectly chill vibe,  I love its atmosphere! I think I would have liked money to be a little easier to get because after the first day of collecting all of the barrels money gain was a little stagnant. But I'd love to play a game like this with more content, it would definitely work well if you continued development. Great work!

Thank you!

drinking the crazy cola

This is a super neat format for a tower defense! I think purchasing the sweep was pretty broken though, I was able to sweep my driveway clean for very cheap which was good enough to keep me alive. Other than that good work!

I love the style of this game. The 3d renders over the 2d background is a really cool. The gameplay is simple but each level is a little harder than the last so the design there was done well. I would definitely recommend having multiple actions for the wood you pick up, like boarding up doors, fixing cracks in walls, etc. if you choose to develop this further. It would also force the player to take careful decisions where to use the resources and move things so the levels aren't always straight forward. Good work!

Very pleasant experience! I love the calming music and the sprites look great. I would definitely recommend some sort of feedback for the spacebar spamming chores and I noticed on others the bell sound would stutter if I held down the action button required to complete it. But apart from that good work!

Criticism about the length of the game is still pretty valid, definitly wish I could've had more gameplay for players to explore. Thanks for playing!

Larry is just different lol good work! The screen shake when cars crash is very satisfying

I love the art in this game, I think its some of the best pixel art I've seen for this jam so far! My biggest critique would probably be to add some feedback in the player's actions. Like some sort of audio or animation for the drill or the weapon on the base to let the player know they are doing something. I also would recommend turning up the speed on text boxes, reading them felt a little slow but I didn't want to skip them. Other than that good work!

The models are cute, I like the vibe! I didn't quite understand what to do with the crops after I harvested them. I brought them to the statue and that seemed to refill the bar at the bottom but I also discovered I can manipulate the bar with my mouse myself. Other than that good work!

thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing and the feedback! The cloth was actually hand animated, I was gonna do a softbody thing with it but decided not too. Jolt is still way better than the stock physics it's a must for godot2d in my opinion

Thanks playing and the feedback! Coyote time is definitely on my list of things to work into my next platformer. I'll probably try maing something more movement focussed to test it out

This game feels really complete and solid! My only critique is you can't walk horizontally but other than that this is really fun! Good work!

Very relaxing game with good visuals! I think there was an issue with buttons in the inventory either not purchasing an item or not letting me sell a gem, I couldn't figure out why. The card game was a fun side activity, good work!

So unique! I love the style. I think I would have preferred it if there was no shop and i was allowed to figure out the order like it was a puzzle. But this was really neat to play, good work!

I love the art and design of the room! I would have liked more upgrade options because I saw them begin to repeat themselves. Other than that good work!

Awesome graphics, the atmosphere is on point. I love the world design. Good work!

Cool mechanics! I thought it was a little frustrating trying to escape the obstacles with the limiting controls, but maybe I'm just bad lol. Good work!

Very cool concept. Some sort of tutorial would be nice because it was difficult to understand at first but I eventually caught on to the mechanics. I think I would also recommend adding some indicator for when the game would end because a few times the game ended before being able to start my revolution. But the concept for the jam is very unique, good work!

Thanks for playing!

THANKS VONII!

how

I like the idea, but i got soft locked on wave three because p wasn't working

I had so much fun leaving destruction in my path lol

Very cool and unique concept! I had a lot of fun building up my convention center. I got to a point pretty quickly where I could just keep rolling days without changing anything and rack up money, however and I wasn't quite sure what the cards were for, it seemed like I couldn't click them. The UI style is one point. I would recommend not putting text that the player needs to read, like the text on the cards, on a slant because they were a little awkward to read but apart from that its clear a lot of work was put into it. Great work!

The game looks great! Especially the portal effects. I had some issues with the background music stopping during gameplay and I was able to place some towers despite having no currency. Other than that good work!

thank you!

thanks!

Very cool concept! I think having some sort of skip button for all the empty time after setting up defenses would be nice but overall very cool concept!

I really enjoyed my time playing this game. The art style is phenomenal, the mechanics scaled well as I advanced through the game. The music fit the vibe perfectly. Great work!

Pleasant little game about doing chores with a pleasant little surprise at the end lol. Good work!

I like this take on the theme, the building phase is a very fun idea, however I also felt like it didn't impact the fighting all that much. The only other things were the stuttering when placing or breaking blocks and some scenarios didn't unlock my mouse cursor so I had to do it manually with escape or the windows key. Other than that good work!

Very neat little game. I think I would have liked an indicator to know which direction the enemies were coming from, but overall I had, good work!
