In what way does your game fit the theme?
My game fits the theme in the way that you get rewinded back though the history of weapons on earth. My game and game page tells more about the story behind it.

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code myself during the jam, i also drew all the art assets (but was inspired by Kenneys pixel art packs). The music is by Evan King, and sound effects are from bfxr and freesound.

Really cool idea! The art and little details are nice. Could benefit from some gravity on some of the projectiles.

Really solid game! The only thing I would change is the screen shake. It's a little jarring.

Nice concept! I like how you took the time to find the historical times of each weapon. The art was pretty cute. Though i must admit that the flying guys were a little hard to kill. I like the sound effects too. Great job!

Yo’ Templar here,
Very cool game, really fun, the only things I can point out would be that the screen shake effect is really good, but it should be left for either: when you kill an enemy, or for the big weapons, if you use it for every time you attack it’s not as satisfying.

I think your game is great! It is short and satisfying :) the camera effects and visuals also feel very nice!

I like it! the graphics is simple but also very pleasant to look at. The camera effects(shaking effects) should be a little smoother, especially the one when you kill a enemy. Good job!

Really love the art style. Very original take on the theme too.

Glad you liked it!

Cool little game. Had fun playing it. I wish there was another funny story panel at the end about what the scientist found out from the experiment :)

Developer

Awesome! And yes that would have been a good idea, and then the ending would have been a bit more "natural".

Wow! Wish I saw your art/this art style before this jam, so clean and expressive. Also love the screen shake and the various enemies, had fun going back through time to test all the weapons but the melee ones felt a bit too similar.

Developer

Thanks! And yes your totally right the melee weapons ended up a little too similar.
