In what way does your game fit the theme?
We interpreted the theme as two words: Re & Wind. It’s the task of the player to repeatedly use wind and control the wind to manipulate the sailboat race to ensure that order is kept.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All code and visual assets were made by the team. The only assets that were not made by the team were ambience sound effects by Gamemaster Audio & Imphenzia.com, and the Soundtrack “Beauty for Sale” by Streambeats.com.

The art is gorgeous and game play is really forgiving when it comes to boats getting caught off course. The sfx are really cute and inform when a boat is in trouble even when off screen, and I found myself caring a lot to get all of the boats to the finish with that mentality of "no one being left behind"!
The only remark I would give would be the aspect of redirecting the wind rather than rewinding any process, but the play on words makes a good loop hole to get by. Overall beautiful work!
Thank you, we were looking at various ways to interpret the theme as I'm sure if we'd had gone with the straight-forward approach, it would be harder to stand out, but I'm very happy with how it turned out :)
Thank you for the really nice comment and for playing the game! 😊 Originally, we were thinking about adding a UI element to say when the storms were coming, but really liked that for you, the SFX's helped to tell you when a boat was in trouble.😊
This is such a delightful, charming game. The environmental hazards abound, and yet the game mechanic is very forgiving in terms of getting boats back on course (or even sailing through the landmass). This place would be terrible to sail in real life with all those storms and hurricanes, but it's perfect for the game world you have created. A sail around the course takes only a few minutes, which leads to that ideal "just one more try" gamer mentality. You've hit the sweet spot with a very polished game. I really hope Brackeys gets a chance to see this one!
I hope so too, all the reactions have been so great, really excited to see the scores at the end of voting!
Thank you so much for the kind comment! 😊 We are also very glad that these types of weather effects don't normally happen in real life or when sailing, it would be pretty chaotic. 🤣 So happy to hear that you liked the game, thank you 😊
Superb little game, love it! The sound effects are just too good haha :)
Long time subscriber here and also this time decided to finally finish a game too :)
Glad you liked it, as you know, Clare just loves to do those voices :) See you on stream next saturday? :)
Thank you so much 😊 So glad you enjoyed the sound effects, I (Clare) really enjoyed making them and having them in the game was awesome. 😁 Thank you also for the support of our games and us! 😊 And congrats on completing a game! 😊
The art and SFX were beyond charming! This was a joy to play
Thank you, Clare did a stellar job on this :)
This game was really well made in one week! And really fun to play. The art was beautiful loved it :D
Thank you, we had a lot of fun making it, glad you enjoyed our efforts :)
Fantastic little game, thank you for making me smile!
Thank you Bee, glad you liked it :)
Aww, thank you so much Bee for playing the game and for letting us bring a smile to your day! 😊 So glad to hear you liked it so much! 😊
This game was great! Looked the art style! Excellent job!
Thank you 😊
Amazing art und athmosphere. However, gameplay is a bit too simple for me, and the replay value isn't as high, because you can't influence your score as much. Audio is nice too, but the female voice is a liiittle bit too loud. Overall, nice game.
Thank you for the feedback and for playing the game 😊 We didn't manage to adjust the audio for the voices in time, and would have liked to have had a volume setting, so will have to add that in the future :)
The sound effects add so much to an already great game! This is a really unique concept and it was very fun to play :) The artwork is also amazing
Thank you 😊
Interesting idea. I really like the art style and these boat sound effects
Thank you, glad you liked it :)
Definitely a unique take on the theme, I love the graphics and music and the extra voices going "wee" are honestly adorable to me. Your team did a fantastic job!
thank you :) Clare did a fantastic job on all the voice lines :)
A really unique take on the theme. Even if i don't usually like this kind of game, I have to admit that everything about it it's extremely well made. The art style, the music and especially the UI were all gorgeous.
Happy to read we were able to win you over :) thanks for the kind words :)
Played your game in this video here at 00:00:40. Didn't get my audio settings quite right so my feedback is a bit, quiet, but hopefully it's still helpful feedback.
Thank you for letting us now :) It's always nice to see other people play your game.
So neat to see you play the game, thank you for linking the video and for playing the game too! 😊
Wow, incredibly creative use of the theme, and it was a lot of fun! Amazing graphics, and the sound effects are super cute!! 10/10
Thank you, so glad you liked the game 😁
This is honestly a really refreshing take on the theme after seeing so many entries with a rewind mechanic! Really love the graphics and audio, great job!
Thank you 😊
Awesome game! I really liked this take on the theme, and the implementation of the wind mechanics is just as good! one small thing I think could be improved is that I found it pretty hard to control the weather effects, but overall this has been one of my favorite games of the jam!
Thank you so much for playing and for the nice comment and feedback! 😊
Really stunning visuals! great audio, the mechanics works great, however, I don't see how the theme is implemented in here, also the design of the whole course is really confusing especially at the start of the level, every boat goes in there own direction making it really tedious to guide all of them, I also didn't find the finish line, even after leaving the boat and searching, might be a visual bug :/. overall a really beautiful game :D
Thank you for the comment and playing the game! 😊 Sounds like you might have not had the ocean shader loading correctly as the finish line is quite visible and there is a path drawn in the water. We interpreted Rewind as two words. "Re" as repeating where you could place the "wind" down repeatedly to move things around, there was no restrictions on how many wind elements you could place 😁
This game is ADORABLE! I had a blast sorting out the boats through the storms and tornadoes. The graphics look spectacular and your voice work is amazing!
My only comment is that it's too easy just to micromanage the boats at the end, maybe add a current near the finish to make it even more hectic.
Definitely my favorite so far.
Thank you so much for playing and the nice feedback, so glad you liked the game! 😊
This is by far the most original, I tried to come with ideas for wind by nothing and you did an awesome game. I wish I could make UI as you do. Great. The voices epic.
Thanks for the kind words. Clare did a great job on designing the UI and she also did all of the voices. She's our secret superweapon :)
Thank you so much for the really nice comment! 😊So glad you liked the game! We really enjoyed recording all the voices 😊
Hilarious game! I loved the little voices and how crazy it can get.
When I was still getting my 8-boat across the finish line, my 9-boat got whisked away by a tornado and made it across the finish line right before my 8-boat. A sad but such a funny moment. :'D
Great job everyone! <3
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed our game :)
Thank you so much! 😊 Sorry to hear about your little 9-boat, but glad to hear you enjoyed the game! 😊
