In what way does your game fit the theme?
I have two features that include REWIND. One is the reversal of enemies of like colors and the second is actually turning time in REWIND for up to 5 seconds to help avoid enemies. (Some enemies are not effected on purpose)
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All code and assets are my own. I have uploaded 3 Audio files that I did not create myself

Nice concept! Took me a while to get used to the controls, but once I did it was exciting! Keep it up
Thanks Ninfar! I appreciate you taking the time to play and rate my game!
Thats a pretty cool game! The Ui design is amazing (good Job) and the Overall design is great too, so you did a great job in design! The Gameplay made much fun to play and the idea is really great! Keep it up and go for a release it has much potential!
Wow! Thank you for your comments! I plan on fixing a lot based on the comments and polishing this up. When I get a releasable game, I will reach back out for further review if you don't mind.
Thanks again!
A nice & simple game! Absence of any tutorial made the start a bit confusing but the rules are simple enough to figure them out. The rewind is fun but a bit hard to control since you don’t know in advance which cubes will be rewound and which won’t. Maybe differentiate between those somehow? Anyways, great job!
Thanks lisyarus! Thanks for the input! Working on those issues as we speak.
boi this game is high!!!
you've set the bars too high man!!!
aswm!!!
Thank you TyraniusDelten! Thank you for playing and rating my game!
Very nice game! Loved the graphics and especially the particle effects. Nice rewind mechanics as well. As other people have said, more sensitivity on the controls would make it even better.
Thank you for the time and effort in playing and rating my game! Will do on the controls
Hi! Really neat game. I would’ve loved a bit more sensitivity on the controls though! Playing with a gamepad still had me moving around in leaps.
Thanks for playing my game! Will hopefully get a settings for sensitivity on the final product.
Thanks again!
I think this is a great game! The only suggestion I would add is that there should be some sort of indicator of when the orb's color switches. Maybe have the player flash/blink when about to change? I want to keep my eyes on the bottom of the screen, rather than having to watch the bar at the top!
Noted. I thought about switching position of the bar. But maybe like you said, a quick flash. I have always thought of this as more of a mobile game so with the limited real estate on mobile screens, it's current location shouldn't be an issue. I will definitely change something for desktop.
Thanks again for your time and effort in playing and rating my game!
Very good arcade game, I like this genre. Visuals are very cool too.
Thanks! I appreciate you taking the time to play and rate my game!
If you only played, please rate it as well.
Thank you!
Both done ;)
Thanks!
Cool game! Love the particle effect! though i cant find any rewind theme. Good job otherwise :)
Thank you sohwathismelvin for playing and rating my game!
Sorry. I ran out of time and the in game tutorial got scrapped. It is the up arrow.
I am currently looking on completing that now but obviously can't change the current code base that is being rated.
Could you try the game again with this newfound information? I would love to hear your opinion.
PS- The rewind effect is supposed to help ORBI but not be a crutch. So not all enemies are effectd.
Hope to hear from your soon!
Game-play wise, I feel it's all to easy to just play it like a mobile arcade game, instead of for once thinking on how to utilize the 'rewind' feature. A fact not helped by a lack of in-game instructions on how to implement the rewind mechanic, especially on say; a mobile. Given how it was built in display.
Don't get me wrong, it is fun in an arcade-y manner. But feeling wise, I'm left with doubt on how well it suited the theme of rewind.
Thanks for the rating and comments Andrew! I ran out of time and didn't get the in game tutorial completed. I had to write it in the comments on the download page. Rewind is the up arrow. I am working on completing a tutorial now.
Knowing that there actually is a "rewind" feature would that help your game play?
Please try it again and let me know. I respect your constructive criticism. It only helps to make my final game better and better!
Thank in advance and I await your comments.
To answer the question, my lens/review on the feature is two lenses. "If" there were in-game prompt that there 'is' a rewind feature, it'd have helped my rating. And given the display being 'mobile' featured, if there were a 'means' to do that same feature on mobile. Then that would have helped as well (like say, "double tap and hold"? Or rewind effect on double tap?)
That aside, if nothing else. The game-play was at least fun, in an arcade manner. Once the controls were found (in-game, or via proxy/README file on controls.) Other than that, I'll stick with my initial statement, in terms/lenses for the game's condition just after the jam. But no doubt if it's good enough, you can easily do post-competition updates to the game itself.
really fun game i played for about 30 minutes one thing is the fixed resolution made it kind of annoying since i couldn't see the options button and kind of got confused with the controls but great game over all :D
Thanks for the comments! I appreciate your input! First I have heard about the options thing, but it is probably the anchor. Will give it a look.
I didn't have time for an in game tutorial. Working that now. The rewind feature is the up arrow. I wrote it in the description of the game.
Glad you liked the game!
Fun little game, mechanics work, maybe the movement it's a little bit to fast but it's the only thing
Thanks Matt! Seems to be a common suggestion, so I think I will have a setting for the speed in the future.
Thanks again for playing and rating my game!
Nice game, cool graphics!
Good job!
Pretty good little game, would make an excellent mobile game with tilting and touching screen to rewind. Loved the music
I Found this weird bug were my character suddenly disappeared when i got over 500 score
and the Fixed resolution made it hard to find the options button (it was behind my taskbar)
The enemies Spawn only on the sides, never the middle
also, if you press rewind long enough, it affects blocks that arent on screen, and when they come, they cant be rewinded (because of the 5 seconds). I think that you could add a condition to make the rewind only work when the block is below a certain point in the camera (using MainCam.WorldToViewportPoint(Obstacle.transform.position).y Which will return a float between 0 and 1 when the Obstacle is inside the camera in the Y axis)
And i also couldnt figure out what the number up on the right represented
I enjoyed it very much, good job:D
FedCap,
Thank you very much for the thorough review. I hadn't heard of these bugs until now. So I will have to try to replicate this somehow. Did the disappear bug happen once? Everytime? I know that i have gotten over 10000 without that issue. Wondering what that could have been. Would like to resolve this if i can. Also, the enemies are supposed to spawn randomly. Including the middle. Any chance you could send a video capture of you gameplay?
I know we are all busy, so if you can't. Understood.
Much appreciation for taking the time to play and review.
Thank you!
I have windows 10, It happens all the time, and enemies arent spawning randomly

I cut out some repetitive parts, and focus only on bugs
Fun little see how far you can get game!
Thanks for taking the time to play and rate it!
Great little game and seems you fit in quite a lot of stuff (high scores, skins, achievements, save system) in one week! Thought I'd be safe when I had the same color and reversed the cube, but during that time the color switched and I died :D Perhaps capping the speed would make it easier to play as I assume you have something in your update method that constantly adds speed.
For mobile I think it could be a nice game! Good job!
Thanks for playing and rating my game! I will take your suggestions into consideration for sure.
Hey this was a great game but the movement was a bit off. but man this game was good!
Thanks! Could you elaborate on the movement being off? Was it the speed? Thanks again for playing and commenting
hey there. what i mean is that (yes its the speed) When it goes to the right or to the left it becomes fast then slows down. What that does is that it makes it way difficult to avoid the obstacles and so the game becomes a bit unplayable.
hope this helps :)
Thanks for the clarification.
Welcome!
A little explanation of how to play would have been nice and the movement was a bit difficult but other then that this is pretty awesome. Definitely a good foundation to build upon.
Thanks Alex!
Loved the combination of the art style and the music! I think the movement of the player was bit off, but with this adjustment, this has such a great potential! Had a lot of fun~
Thanks for the input an for playing my game!
