In what way does your game fit the theme?
Canda will activate the power she has stolen after every three move, rewinding the time of her enemies while moving forward with the same moves but in a reverse order.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Code is written during the game jam but assests are taken from the web.

This is a really fun puzzle game, well done! The mechanics are very interesting and the puzzles are great. The art is also beautiful and the music fits really well!
My only problem is the readability of the game state. The player has to remember the location of the hidden spikes and when they activate, when the mages and slimies are going to shoot and in which direction the skellies are going to move. That's a lot of information to keep track of, which was especially hard for me to do on the last level. The sprites of the mages, slimies and spikes should probably change the turn before they activate, and the location of inactive spikes could be represented with a couple of holes in the ground. The skeletons should turn in the direction that they will be moving next turn. That way, the player has all the information at their disposal. This would prevent a lot of deaths by spikes you did not know where there or by skellies you though were going in the other direction.
I'd really appreciate it if you would have a look at my game as well, and be sure to download the smaller version :D
Hi thanks for the awesome feedback! Definitely there will be a post update! will appreciate of you could take your time to try again :D
Of course! I'm very curious to see where you take this :D
i have to use 150% of my braincells to solve the puzzle. 10/10 for me xD
Nice game with good puzzle-mechanics. The rewind is implemented quite well. Had fun playing it. Well done!
The game is really well done, congratulations! Some levels are quite tricky but really nice. Good job!
puzzle game suppose to be tricky aren't they? ^^ thanks for playing!
It wasn't in a bad way, don't worry.
I liked the puzzle mechanic, but I'm too stupid for this game, lol, I can't figure out the last room.
My complaint is that there is no audio at all, you should consider adding at least some music/sounds. You can try getting stock sounds/music or free music online.
Good work on the game!
hey thanks for playing! I am sure there is music there. Could you check your system maybe you accidentally turn off yr volume or something. The ans to the last room doesnt seem like how it look like :)
Ok...uhhh...this is really embarassing, idk what the heck is wrong with my system, but it did not produced ANY sound at all (whole computer was silent) and I have to restart my computer.
Sorry for the audio critic, hahaha...>.>
its ok no problem at all! Good luck on the last map if you trying again!
Really liked the mechanic , at first was kinda hard for me to understand it and finish levels but when i understood it things got way better. Really enjoyed playing ! Good job!
Nice aesthetic and cool mechanics!! Unfortunately I got stuck at the last level, but that's obviously on me not on you :^)
There was a lot of thinking ahead, as well as variation in your game, which I liked!
Hope you had fun making it!! ^^
hey thanks for playing ! Let me give you a little hint on the last map, is not always what it seems. :) if you ever try again!
Thanks for the tip, I may try again :3
Such a brilliant idea and such wonderful implementation. I really enjoyed the game. Just one thing, the spike platform should have some indication as to where they are even when not active as it does as a bit unfair. And I wanted to ask if there were more than 1 way to solve a level because only found one for each.
And could you rate my game too. I would be very grateful if you checked it out. Thank you.
Hey thanks for playing! There will be some update on the game after the post jam! hope you can take a look at it as well :) There is actually more than one way to solve a level but of course those easier levels(first few map) has only 1 :)
Yeah I figured so. I am looking forward to the updates as the game concept was very unique and fun to play around with.
I request you to check out my game too. It is not as good as yours but if you could, please check it out.
Well done! This is a very professional feeling game, all the sounds fit together, the graphics are nice to look at, the puzzles are fun to solve, the game feel is great, I have nothing bad to say!... except i wanted to pause the game so I pressed escape and it closed... but that doesn't hurt my impession at all, still a fantastic game!
Yo thanks for trying it out! opps! defo adding a pause menu :P
I thought the idea and puzzles were really well made. The only thing that got a bit confusing was where the enemies were going or when the traps would fire. Having some kind of visual indicator on what happens next turn would be nice. Other than that it was a lot of fun to play
Thanks for trying it out :D Defo will make it happen in the post jam! Hope you stay tune to try it again :D
Awesome game man. Nice dialogue system, and I liked the tile based movement. Overall good job!
Interesting mechanic with the third move rewind! Takes a little getting used to, but works well! The puzzles were well thought out, even though I gave up on the last room after trying it too many times :D Like other comments have mentioned, perhaps have simpler maps (1-2 more) at the beginning to get used to the mechanics.
Further improvements: I think it would be great to be able to see where the patrol is going next turn, because on new maps it gets hard to memorize each patrols routes.
Awesome job overall!
So sorry that the last room was too hard :( I will try to made some more "tutorial" map after the jam! Stay tune to find out! ;D
Very cool idea, but I think it gets too hard too quickly, I think there should be more easier levels just so I can get used to the mechanics.
Heyyy thanks for playing! Could you tell me which map you are stuck with? or do you need help with the mechanics :)
The game it's ok, but a bit hard, at least for me
Great job!
Had fun playing this one. Loved the aesthetics
A very nice game! Agree with others that the mechanic is harder than you expect but still fun & puzzling & enjoyable. Liked the story, music & visuals a lot. Awesome job!
(btw try & rate mine if you like arcade shooters)
Hey thanks for playing! :) I am so sorry that the mechanic was hard for some but i will explain it to you! The rewind mechanic only happen after every 3 move. and you will move the steps that you did previously(recorded on top right of the game screen) and also the enemies will move 1 step backward. Hope this helps :)
Thank you! Yep, I did understand how it works. What I mean is that it is a bit hard to actually use it, - but it is exactly what makes this game a good puzzle!
thanks for liking it(that wat I interpreted haha) congrats on yr game too!!!
It was kind of hard for me, i dont know why. The rewind mechanic is a great idea, and pretty original, but, again, it was hard to catch it. The game itself looks fine.

great job
I had a real blast playing this! It is amazing.
Very well crafted puzzles games, could use some instructions regarding how the NPC and environment acts in the game, other than that, the aesthetic and sound design are great, and the puzzles are especially well done. Great job.
