While I personally could not get very far, I love this game's concept. Its very puzzle oriented as well as timing focused. I think there is totally room for maybe a more forgiving difficulty that can be swapped to, as I felt I had to be extremely precise for every movement and it was tough. If this game ever gets easier I would love to give it another shot. Great job!

In what way does your game fit the theme?
Rewind time and paths. You should finish each level by chosing the best path that will allow you to return at the beginning in the easier way possible; also you should respect time which is counted like the time of stop. So rewind here is a mechanic activated at the end of each room so at the middle of each level.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes. Everything is made by me, code and assets. The music is from Density and time and is free to use; its title is "Maze"

Well, this was a very hard game. I think I got to level 3 or 4, then I got a fatal error and the game crashed :/
Ok... reach level 7 or 8 (the one after the 4 big jumps gaps), but run out of patience lol. As you said in the community... it HARD. Specially when the target platform is lower than the starting jump point, or viceversa, and you can't make the rewind ball jump highter or lower.
The game is really good, could be great if you tweek that small issues. Congratulations!
This game is hard as hell but rewarding. I reached level 5 or 6, I think it's a cool concept that with more balancing and refinement the experience could be greatly improved. I would suggest making the path visible on the run, creating it behind the player at the same time he moves. Overall is a great game with a fun and challenging gameplay mechanic that fits the theme 100%.
Truly the ball must hate humanity if it chooses to use Papyrus as font! And also props on using the word beatitude. That certainly did push a button in my lizard brain.
But I gotta say that it is a too hard, It is really really difficult.
I however did experience one crash upon first jumping. Could not recreate it.
Solid prototype for something along the lines of a rage game.
The game needs to be a bit more forgiving of human mistakes. Players should be able to have some degree of error in their trajectory. I couldn't get past the second level just because I wasn't able to retrace my steps as perfectly as the game demanded. Keep it up!
Good design, I liked the idea, but I couldn't get past second level and quit in frustration.
Things I liked
- Great game concept as you have to rewind back yourself
- Good story in the intro (don't know what it has to do with gameplay though)
- Helpful text when you mess up
- Different colors the ball makes based when jumping and landing
- shows path you have to follow back
Improvements
- Little annoying when it doesn't let you backtrack to see if you can make the jump backwards before rewinding
- Ironic when the game complains landing on the same spot makes the game slower but I'm stuck in the same level for 20 min.
- Previous path must be visible all the time while rewinding because the game is already hard as it is.
Bugs
- ball sometimes clips to the ground after jumping and landing , balls get stuck until you jump again.
I couldn't complete your game since it was too hard and got frustrating trying to complete the third level. This is a great game none the less , just needs some polishing and quality of life changes to make it perfect. Very well made for a short time frame. Well done bro! Rated! :D
The game play felt smooth when running in the normal timeline, but for me were a bit hard to master in the reversed timeline.. I learned to master it in the third level.. he he !!
The story is a bit dark though !! Reminds me of batman !!

Although I noticed an error in the o_timer , a bit like array index kind of thing... looked like an array out of bound error ! Well that happened to me only one time so I barely remember what exactly it was !!

I thought the colors of the game were good, I liked the background music and a different idea. I found it a little difficult, my suggestion would be to have a tolerance of error when doing the opposite way. Congratulation!
Thank you for your feedback! Yeah everybody find it difficult; but it can be done (a least I tested it and saw someone doing most of levels guided by my hints); well it' hardcore. However there is tolerance but only for time I will see after the Jam if I can let tolerance for the path too. Thanks again
I know this is a ragegame, but I'd argue its really hard to impossible. I didn't come further than the 2nd level sadly. What I like is that the theme has been implemented in a really creative and new way, I have not seen before. Maybe it would be better if there is a buffer, so you can stand roughly for the same time in the same place? To make everything precise to the frame, it is too hard. At least for me haha.
At one point I also bugged myself into the ground, but thats of course just a minor thing. The controls were snappy and easy to understand, just as the mechanic itself. I instantly knew what to do and didnt need a long tutorial! I like the music, and also wanna add that I really see potential for the game, if you make it a bit easier :)
Thank you for you very constructive feedback. There is buffer in time for exemple, I really try to finish all levels in while I was developping it! For the second level, here is the best path to take. And for diffuculty I thought that developper may want some high difficulty, they may be harcore gamers haha. For the bug, it can ruin the experience I'm sorry I could not fix it! And thank you again
Great game! I think it's a bit hard and sometimes the ball gets stuck, but overall it's a good experience :D
