In what way does your game fit the theme?
You have to find your family members to win which gives you strength
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Art, music and event the font were made from scratch!
The game was made using Unity, and whilst we wrote code by ourselves, we also used A* pathfinding library scripts which were pre-made.

Your game is REALLY cool. I love adventure maps and this reminded me of those old school games that were really fun. But here are some bugs i found :
1.Remove Collision box of the family members and the player because sometimes they push you into enemies .
2. Label Items
3. Make rubies and diamonds more rare
4. Slightly Decrease Range of the player
5. But this map also was really fun to explore and i also like the way that it is available as a mobile app as well as web browser and a pc app .
6. Not able to see full starting screen in web browser
7. The Game over screen doesnt work properly
Glad to see you loved the game! Thanks for mentioning about various problems we have in the game and make sure that we will take all those feedbacks and suggestions into consideration!
Your game is really cool. I like stuff like that. And after I got mates I really feel that it's stronger together! Perfect!
Thanks for the kind words and feedback!
Fun game! I kind of wish there was a reward of some sort for killing enemies, so I would be more willing to take risks instead of running away.
Hmmm, yes I feel you. There was lot we wanted to add, but we had to compress it down, to fit the Jam period. TY for your feedback and Good luck.
Yes , there is , By killing enemies you get more score which you can upload on leaderboard , Sadly this feature doesn't work on web bulid but works perfectly on standalones
Pretty interesting. I started it out thinking it was a little too easy, but the difficulty increased smoothly. Well done.
Thanks for your feedback and Good luck.
I was quite surprised by how fun this game was, so here is a review!
Things I liked:
The simplicity of the game
The massive open world with different biomes each with new music and enemies
That you could get supporting characters
The progression system with all the materials
Things to add:
Increase the mouse range; only being able to click within like 2 tiles of my character made me feel quite powerless
The mouse bugged out often, this should get fixed as it happened quite often for me
The other characters often went where ever they wanted to, sometimes offscreen, also you shouldn't be able to collide with them as they often get in the way :P. Maybe you can also somehow explain what the characters do when you click on them; I have no idea what the flashlight person does, for example
Add some more crafts! This was a really cool mechanic, maybe you have some armor or a projectile weapon you can craft. After playing for a bit I have countless sticks in my inventory
Thanks for the amazing and constructive feedback! We will definitely take this into consideration and try our best to update the game based on this.
Nice game, that is a lot of content/assets for a game jam game, nice work! Only complaint that I have is that you can just farm in the beginning area, making exploration not so rewarding. But everything else like the sprites, animations and music were great! I also like the unique attack system, where you attack in a grid rather than an arc.
Thanks for your feedback! We definitelly will take your feedbacks into consideration. Enjoy playing it anytime!
That game is super good, I really enjoyed playing it. I like that there are sounds and animations. I also like the enemies and that there are different biomes. Sometimes I had a bug that when I destroyed an object, I couldn't see it drops (the loot from the rocks, trees etc). But overall, great job :)
Thanks for checking out our game! I don’t think the bug you pointed out should be considered as a bug, as when you break an obstacle, it’s collectables go in random directions, and there is a possibility that they go directly towards you, which causes them to instantly get collected.
For only 7 days, that was so much work! I really appreciate the added effort with applying A* over just some follow the player script. It made each of the enemies feel really unique along with their awesome artworks. Great job!
thanks you so much, and yea we freaked out it was too much to have planned but we loved every second of it and pulled through to make this final game. Loved your feedback, and good luck to you.
Neat game, I liked the randomly generated world.
Thanks you :D
Nice game! Was slightly disappointed when the score upload didn't work but oh well. The game has a nice personality too the music and art go well together. As a side note - found a random toilet I couldn't seem to interact with was that a decorative piece?
Thanks for the feedback. And ,Yes! That random toilet was an easter egg-like reference. Glad to see you found it hehe
It's a really well made game, and the fact that it's a randomly generated world makes it even better !
I only have one complaint : the more npc you rescue, the more they... block you. I've been bullied between a tree and a rock by the wizard and the golden lady and they wouldn't let me out for a few seconds :'(
Other than that, good game and good job to you all !
Got your point! We will work on it later after the jam. Thanks for your feedback!
Nice Game :D i st possible that the score updload does not work?
It sadly does not work on WebGL, but perfectly works on the Standalone versions!
using dremlo? ;-)
Yeah ;)
For the next WebGL build of yours, you need a ssl connection to be able to open a Webrequest from a Webbuild (at least on Itch.io). There are some comments on the dremlo side telling you to send an email to Carmine and donating 5.- then your highscore will also work from android and webgl (once you updated your URL) ;-). Worked for me in my game (altough I fucked the text input (for the name) up soooo it only works in the computer builds... so fail? ^^ Have to fix that after the jam
I know I know, one of my games has a leaderboard with an SSL certificate ;)
You have a very cool game! The game is great, i loved playing at it !! Keep going !
Also, don't forget to play and rate my game!
Thanks for the feedback!
I can't believe this was made in short time! Great job
Yea it took a lot of hard work finish this game!
and that hard work was so hard, that even the "work" hardened lol
oof my bad lol
Great game! I don't think I've seen a concept like this one! Also, the pixel art is great!
Thanks for your kind words! We are glad to see you liked it.
Nice game, but how does if fit the theme.
You have to find your family member across the map and therefore they give you power, and "STRONGER TOGETHER"
Think i found it but there was a cut scene and i died becuase of it.
oof :D
We will be fixing cutscenes and some bugs we have seen in the game. Thanks for the feedback! And if you have some more to tell us, do not hesitate! It will help us a lot to make better games!
had fun making this game with you all :D
Nice Forager-like game!
Please fix the invisible mouse. I really woud like to see any pointer and not only the block or enemy where I hit (it's playable but just feels weird). There is a bug when finishing the game I can's see my mouse and because of that I can't click Extras or Play. Another thing is that there is no exit button so I have to use Alt+F4 or Task manager.
Overall good game and those issues don't make the gameplay bad.
Thanks for playing! Yes, we took a lot of inspirations from Forager, and we’ll fix those bugs after the jam ends ;)
yes we took a lot of inspiration from forager
Thanks for your feedback, and we'll look into the issues you specified.
Remember to drop a rating and good luck to you.
I wish to rate but unfortunately, I got too ambitious and didn't finish my game. I wanted to make and at the same time learn how to make an online co-op game XD
Well, good luck next time! We barely hit the deadline even though we submitted the game first.
Nice Pixel art game
thanks :D
Oh, had fun making this with you guys :D
Definitelly!
