It takes time to understand first, but when you get comfortable, it's fun :D
there is some issue with the UI, it still visible while playing.

Yes, except some sound effects and textures, otherwise everything is from scratch!
ah you’re the first to find out this bug! It’s there because you hit esc button more than once XD. We forgot to implement a function to disable that haha. But you should be fine by restarting the game and avoid hitting esc button more than once at a time. We will fix it in the next patch. In the meantime thanks for playing!!!
Really nice looking game, bit of a challenge at first but easy to get the hang of.
Loved this game! Very polished look, clear objectives. Perfect for the theme. However, I really would have like dropping slime and attacking to be separate mechanics. As well as a better defined hit box for the attack. Putting the slimes on buttons was very frustrating, especially when there were many required. Otherwise I really really liked it. Great job!
This is da bomb game, the mechanics align very good with the puzzles. i like it alot. This game could sell at steam tbh, if it gets tons of improvements ofc but still its a steam worthy game!
Nice graphics and camera transitions. The level design and world building is also great. Little bit hard to calculate the positions in the fights, but after a while I got used to it.
I was having a bit of trouble in level two attacking the small enemies, however that's my only gripe. The game was super pretty, very fun, and very creative!!
Played through almost the whole game! Had some trouble at the end with boss, I think having an attack and dropping the slime as two different buttons would've helped. Also really liked the slime's moving animation! Great job!
This game is pretty fun! There is a bug that if you spam the left-click while you jump, you sometimes jump 2x as high.
The graphics were fun and the game seemed to be on point for theme. I had a tough time figuring out how to progress past the first area, could use some more direction. but It seemed to be a really well polished looking game. Keep it up!

I LOVE your game! I can't get enough of this squishy things, they are beautiful. Level design is also great, lightning, music - everything.
Unfortunately I couldn't finish the game, because I came to the final boss with only 6, and they also disappeared somewhere so I stuck with 5. But I guess thats just my skill level :) Would be cool if this parts were glowing or something for the not-so-very-good-at-gaming like me :)
I think for the moment this is my favorite game on this jam, its amazing!
The graphics is top notch, but I didn't like the fighting mechanic to be honest. A bit too difficult for me.
I love the concept I had some difficulty killing a few slimes. My only suggestion would be to give a more detailed direction for the first switch.
This was really enjoyable. This is more of a puzzle game, as you have to carefully consider where to "spend" you slime and in what order. And getting it back where you can is also an important part. It really made me analyze the level layout and think about what enemies to tackle first. I like it :D
The biggest standout for me are the graphics. Not only the lightning and decorations but the way the entire world is visible from the get-go. You can see the lower levels and know what's coming to you. You can also see the final boss the entire time. And a nice effect of this is that you still see the fireworks when you go back to the menu. Wonderful ^^
The controls can be a bit difficult to work with at times, especially when you are bigger and try to squash small slimes. But this isn't really a deal-breaker as you can just leave behind slime you don't need for a particular fight.
All in all, I really had fun :)
dayumm my friend this is literally my comment of the game too! i love the lightning and especially that i can see the levels along the way! this is intuitive and yeah the slime spending is the hidden gem of the game! im glad that u liked it! yeah this is a puzzle game but we did it in an adventure dungeon genre plus relaxing! yeah the smaller slimes are actually harder to kill as your hitbox changes according to your size! but fear not we increased the minimum slime weight! stay tuned for our fixes in the next game jam! appreciate your comment tqvm!!!!
