Game was almost unplayable for me even on lowest settings, unfortunately. Might be the first time I've heard of a jam game being too high quality..

Hey Redline! I'm thrilled to be able to try this one first :)

It was amazing seeing your progress throughout the jam. You clearly poured a lot into the game. The controls felt pretty good, and dashing and slashing through groups of enemies in later waves was really satisfying.

I encountered some weirdness with the day/night cycle. It seems the night music would still play softly over the day music. Also, needing to hold down enter to start the first wave instead of waiting for night was a bit unintuitive. If I hadn't tried the game before, I might have wondered what I was supposed to do because the game didn't actually 'start' right away.

I made it to boss rush 1/4 when I couldn't figure out how to get out of the giant laser quickly enough. Too much ouch too fast lol.

Nice work on this!

I liked the little interactions with physics, but otherwise, it's a pretty average game with a lot of glow

Hey, i saw a trailer of this one a few days ago! I wasnt really sure what to do at day time, also there were two songs playing in the background and not just one. :(

still, well done!

Would be awesome if you could play & rate my game aswell! Thank you, tiimo :3

I didnt have much time to play but let me just say it was stunning the visuals were amazing I didn't know what to do most of the time but I still enjoyed it

Well this was an experience, as already said below this doesn't like it was made in just seven days. Very polished, music fits, amazingly good looking. Good game! :D

Very polished game! wish there was a timer between days so I could tell when the next wave was coming. Maybe some hidden secrets in the world would be cool. Awesome game!, great job!

Feels like a full-fledged game I had to sit down and play, congrats on being able to do this in 7 days :

Because i don't have that good of a computer i wasn't able to enjoy the full expiriance of the game,

however you can still tell how well - made the game really is. The graphics are nice and the audio is high-quality. The gameplay was a bit too hard for me ;)

Nice one there redline! This was really fun, loved the dashing and movement. It was maybe a little too hard, and the game was pretty long, (a little too long for a jam game?)

Just some general tips for next time:

  • Dont try to add boatloads of content, make 15 minutes worth and polish that like crazy. No game jammer is going to want to sit through 45 minutes, they'd like to rate other games too
  • If a game is easy for you, its hard for everyone else, if a game is normal for you, its really hard for everyone else, If a game is hard for you, its basically impossible for everyone else. Try to make games that are easy for you to play. Even though it might seem easy, its probably harder for anyone else.

All-in-All, pretty good game!
