In what way does your game fit the theme?
Multiple avatars that you control at once constantly spawn in, and so do spikes. They spawn faster and faster, and it becomes chaotic.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes and almost yes - i did not make the fonts. everything other than that i made myself!! :D

Short and fun game. Core gameplay is simple, but it gets chaotic very fast. Good job!

ye lol
Nice game! The boulder really surprised me for a second there. Very chaotic yet also pretty addictive as well. Good job, especially on your first jam!
thanks so much!
Hey Lavatrex! Nice job on this game. Very impressive for your first jam! If you've accomplished this much in the first month of your game dev journey, I look forward to whatever you might jam (or make outside a jam) in the future!
I really like the core concept here - dodge but you're multiple things. Trying to make the most of a bad situation to keep the most slimes alive is a great choice to have to make in a split second. While I appreciated the warning arrows, they often felt more like noise than helpful information. Maybe this was because they moved very similarly to the other projectiles and had a similar, pointy silhouette? Maybe just stationary arrows at the sides of the screen would have worked better. I actually found the sideways blades to be the most frustrating since I often found them spawning on top of me while I hugged a wall.
Very chaotic, keep up the good work :)
thank you!! for some reason yeah, i felt like the sideways blades had some ai or something that i didn't code in haha
Nice concept, though the projectiles ramp up a bit too quickly, but overall pretty good game!
I like it.
~wsh~
Maybe a bit too chaotic...

Dear god, help me!
Cool concept, lots of chaos made it hard to focus! Good job on making it all on your own in one week!
Very fun! Good job!
Great innovative concept and artstyle. The audio was good but I thought having some background music would liven it up a bit. Fun game overall.
Concept was really cool, and the art really works. The audio was great too (worth banging on the table for that boulder).
I feel like the bar should fill the opposite way that it does? Feels backwards?
alright thanks for the feedback!
the bar tries to symbolize the chaos meter, and once it gets full, the disaster (boulder) happens.
also yeah lol banging on my table was pretty fun ngl :P
The art for this game is awesome! Me and you kinda did a similar thing with the bar mechanic but seriously I definitely felt this game was very chaotic awesome game!
thanks! :)
love the art and the graphics
thanks!
This game was quite fun, I accidentally skipped the tutorial, but I picked it up pretty quickly. The art looks good and the game fit the theme really well
Really fun game, a lot of chaos and stuff that will kill you which is fun,
and a cool idea over all!!
Well done for your first game! I liked it :).
Nice idea and pretty much similar to my own game but absolutely different at the same time.
Made me play several times to reach the Star and then... spikes appeared from sides. Omg it was pretty hard. Good job!
yeah, tysm :) if you want to get a higher score, you can skip breaking the star because after you smash it you have little time left to survive
took me a second to understand, but had fun playing it. A bit challenging, would be nice to play with friends and challenge them to get higher score.
i like the game , good job
Really fun game. It fits perfectly with the theme.
Really nice to see you make the changes i talked to you about, you even added audio, Nice game
