A Really Good Game 😉 I've Enjoyed it, my only advice is put the controls (L/R facing) near each other like using (Q/E keys on keyboard).

The control mechanism make it more flexible to perform kitting but some how it cost simplicity of player to control the character, I found this mechanic interesting would be great rooms for improvement ;)

Chaotic controls and gameplay XD It takes a bit of time to learn the control and was fun challenging myself to beat it with the controls! Cleared it B)

The controls were indeed chaotic. The music was also one of the better ones I have heard.
The only problem might be that there is no sign that the player needs to go to the right to get to the next level. I almost thought the first level was it.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I have no time for adding a tutorial part. I use linux as my main os and I am new to it, so most of the time went into debugging errors and optimization.
It's alright, though a good way to give a sign would be to add somewhat of a door or a square Sprite on the place for the next level after you have defeated all the enemies

Yeah the controls are to create a bit of chaos but that is purely luck.. I did it because of the animation system. So, thanks to it I guess :)

Overall it was a nice game. The music was nice and upbeat, add a good vibe to the game. Though, my main complaint is the controls, the keys are all over the place, and was tricky to move and shoot.

Pretty fun game, I liked how you were not immediately bombarded with enemies. One thing i would say is that turning left and right should be controlled with the arrow keys.

Fun game, but I couldn't really figure out where to go initially. Took me a while to realize how to turn and that I could double jump. Also, collision detection on the enemies is really bad, shots just pass through most of the time

No problem, the goal is to get better, not to deliver a perfect game. Players realize there is a hard time limit to this so not everything can be perfect.

I didn’t really like the control scheme with switching between left and right being on the L and R buttons. It’s not a comfortable control scheme :(
It would’ve been better if the direction switched when turning around (moving left and right)
