this game seems like a lot of fun! impressive visuals and love the sound fx! unfortunately, my laptop is a bit old, so gameplay was super choppy for me. :(
Game kind of reminds me of Sanctum if it went a bit loopy. The effects and area looks very nice. Maybe having a slight light increase might help to showcase it a little better. I was trying to look at some of the grannies but there wasn't enough light to really do it which is a shame because the graphical quality is where this game shines. The mix of the combo system and the effect of the flamethrower felt awesome to use and the super weapon really worked with the over the top theme.
My only real complaint was that it felt like they didn't increase fast enough. Due to having only one enemy type it starts getting a little repetetive but on the whole It us a game where the polish is oozing out of it.

Awesome but unusual game, I never considered burning grandmas alive until this game. The music and combo voice was epic and I love the omega blaster

This game is pretty funny. A simple survive until you lose game which can be really fun when done right, and I would say it is mostly done right. The Grandmas look tight, the polish with the announcer yelling "Ultra-kill" and such is a great touch, and the controls work tight and well.
It's expected, but Unreal really helps make a game look pretty. These models and rooms look very nice and even professional in some areas. A solid game overall, but the only problem for me was it didn't run super smoothly (Although that's probably my machine cause it isn't very good). I'm happy to have played it and it's an awesome game for being made so quickly.

Yea dude, it's a little bit heavy, we use GPU particles, mass AI logic, archviz shaders, RVO avoidance... These crazy things are expensive

Who would have thought burning grannies could be so fun? The voice over for kills was giving me some serious Unreal Tournament 2004 nostalgia! The first time I went into omega blaster mode I just about lost it though, so funny! Great job on making something like this in the jam time!
(I apparently haven't updated my 7zip in years and couldn't get the .rar to open until I did so, but I was finally able to play!)
Yea, the objective was merge some badassness (Unreal Tournament, Quake) with grandmas cuteness stuff.

The cries of these grandmas will haunt me in my dreams! Nice visuals, although a little inconsistent at times. The omega blaster effect was fantastic though, that's all that matters.
Create 3D nice visuals in suce a short interval was real difficult. We tried to create something nice, but the main focus was the gameplay
For whatever reason the title screen of the game was giving me The House of The Dead kinda vibes.

This game is super fun, and looking at it from the perspective of a 48 hour game jam it's mind blowing. Somehow, this game is creepy and funny. I've got to say, there's nothing more fun than burning a bunch of grandmas to death with a flamethrower, and using the omega blaster is super bad-ass. The anouncer is a great addition and adds to the bad-ass-ness. I did get stuck on the 8th level because it still said there was one more grandma, but I would have happily played for multiple hours.

Então, pegamos animações da mixamo e alguns assets gratuitos. Mas todo o level design, grande parte dos shaders, todos os efeitos visuais e toda a programação foi feita pela gente sem reaproveitar nada haha.

Ajudou muito, jamais seríamos capazes de modelar todos esses modelos e fazer todas essas texturas em 2 dias, ainda mais com um time de 2 pessoas. A programação do gameplay e dos shaders foi bem tranquila também, porque estamos usando Unreal Engine.

So I am hoping that Grandma is a zombie. At least that is what I told myself while burning her to death for 5 straight levels!! hahha. Once very cool feature that I like was the spinning health bar. Of course in a first person shooter type game like that you are not really looking in the bottom left to see if you are over heating or not but I could tell in the corning of my eye because you had the thing spin when it got to high. So that was a very cool thing that you did there!! Nice job on your first Game Jam!
